I rang 0800 repair about a problem with my boiler and spoke to Chloe Coning. She was very pleasant and booked me an appointment with an engineer.

I was encouraged to apply for boiler, loft insulation, vents & fans through the government grant scheme. I was contacted by Geraldine, The Appointments Manager, she was very courteous & helpful on our phone conversations. After our first call, Geraldine done her work assembling the workmen team & the very next day she called back again to confirm the scheduled work date which was suitable for both of us.

The workmen came to my house on the date & time Geraldine & I agreed, all the workmen very very meticulous, respectful & very clean whilst in my house. They carried out the work with very little mess & fuss, wore protective overshoes & tidied up at every step of the way.

I can only thank Geraldine & her team very much for the first class job they done in my house & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 0800repair to anyone of my family, friends & colleagues for any home repairs or installations

Im a landlord and a managing agent had a boiler issue. Telephoned 0800 spoke to Admin lovely Chloe who is very helpful and understanding of customers needs. I must say all their staff give very good customer service 5 stars from me.
