As expected, all the latest reviews about Starzino are nonsense. They said you can also send a message to live support under my previous review, but when I did that, they told me they had nothing to do with the support team that responds there. According to them, none of the information matches across the different channels. So email support, live chat, and the support team on Trustpilot are all separate and have no contact with each other, which is very strange.
But besides that, I still haven’t received any response, and the refund has still not been placed in my account. It has now been more then 12 month, and they have completely stopped communicating. They had me sign an agreement in which I accepted to be compensated with an X amount. After that, I never heard from them again, despite my endless attempts to contact them: the live chat keeps redirecting me to the support team via email, but all my emails are being ignored.
When I finally contacted them using a different email address, I received a reply within fifteen minutes… that is very suspicious. It is clear that all my emails are deliberately being ignored, and I have no way of getting in touch with this platform anymore.
They have unjustly taken a lot of money from me and deceived me with a promise to refund part of my money. Unfortunately, none of this turned out to be true.
