I trusted the reviews here (a lesson there!) and ordered a replacement Lexus battery. I was charged immediately, rather than on delivery, which seemed a little aggressive. However, I continued to trust.
10 days of nothing - phone messages and emails went unanswered.
Then a simple email to say that they could not supply my battery and I would get a refund.
That was two weeks ago and still no refund so I am having to raise the issue with my card supplier.
Sorry guys - no trust here !

Perfect from start to finish.. highly recommend these guys as they show you what they do and how they test the battery's.
Also they look after your car as if it's there own...

Service very good for hybrid car

I needed some parts for my Prius battery. Spoke to Mathew who supplied me with exactly what I needed with a really speedy next day delivery. Items arrived really well packaged and cured my battery problem.

Received amazing service and the works were done to a very high standard.

I'm very particular where I get my vehicles serviced and worked on, and usually go to main dealer due to the mileage I do on the vehicle.

Matthew was very helpful in arranging and then re-arranging my appointment.

Conrad is a really good engineer and really knows his Hybrids.

I'll definitely be coming back and recommending.

Had an issue with my 2005 Hybrid import and was getting nowhere with other options. Guys were great and very friendly and gave me great confidence. They were able to diagnose the issue and provide a quick response to the options available. The offending item was replaced and I haven’t looked back since, with no further issues. Highly recommended and will definitely return for further services.

Had to replace my hybrid battery for my Toyota Prius. The guys done an excellent job. I had an issue with my battery as it was losing power, Conrad,Jake and Matthew helped solved the issue and replaced it with a new battery. But their customer service and care was exceptional. Thanks guys. I would definitely recommend 1 diagnostic if you need to change your hybrid battery or other mechanical works.
