Gentile Lorenza, nell'ultimo ordine lei ha scelto di cambiare prodotto rispetto al suo acquisto abituale. Spesso si sottovaluta la portabilità delle lenti, ma il cambio di lenti a contatto non è cosa da poco: l'utilizzo delle lenti è sempre molto soggettivo, non è detto che a parità di parametri di correzione, il comfort rimanga invariato.
Se ci avesse contattati prima di acquistare la confezione, le avremmo consigliato di procedere prima con una coppia di lenti test e poi, qualora il test fosse andato a buon fine, con l'acquisto delle confezioni, così da non avere una brutta sorpresa. Il servizio clienti è sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza, la prossima volta saremo felici di poterla aiutare nella scelta del prodotto.
