SCAM COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID any iteration of this company - they keep changing their name slightly to avoid detection. When I signed up they were operating (I believe still are) under “1000spins29.com”. They will happily take your deposits, and have a really high withdrawal limit so you have to deposit more to be able to withdraw. I signed up via Cashinstyle as they had a cashback offer on if you registered and bet with this company.
Like others with these dodgy Curacao licenses, you then have to go through millions of hoops to be able to withdraw. Lengthy verification processes, a stupidly long withdrawal processing timeline - they say withdrawals are processed within 7-21 business days(!!). That’s right folks, takes 2 seconds for them to take your money, but up to 1 month+ for them to consider giving it back.
Of course they then don’t actually give you any money back. I had to do a chargeback with my bank to be able to get the money back I’d deposited just to get to the minimum withdrawal limit. This worked - so please do go through your bank if the same thing has happened to you!! But I never got my original deposit back. Thankfully for me this was only £25, I feel desperately sorry for others who have deposited and bet loads with these kind of companies. I tried to withdraw numerous times only to be told via email that my deposits had been “flagged for fraud”. No explanation of this, money straight back into my casino account.
Customer service is absolutely abysmal - an AI support agent that can barely even handle basic enquiries, and then useless staff when you do manage to get through to anyone. Tip on this is to ask the AI agent immediately (it won’t identify itself as such, it’s usually labelled a woman’s name, but will always be the same name and won’t give you anything useful) to be put through to a human. Then you can try to have a proper conversation. The email address they gave goes completely unanswered. Once you do get through to “customer service” (if you can even call it that) DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. The workers seem quite stupid and are not connected to the “finance department” (like they even have one, lol). It was quite easy for me to get them to commit to definitely sending my withdrawal, which I was then able to use as evidence for my bank that they owed me money.
Overall DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT deposit any money here, and if you have, immediately talk to customer service, document what they say, and claim money back from your bank if you can.
