30 Days Waiting, No Shipment, No Refund, No Response

I have now been waiting for my shipment for 30 days. Initially, your team was unable to confirm the package’s whereabouts. Since then, you have become completely unresponsive — no replies to emails, Instagram messages, or LinkedIn messages.

My payment has not been refunded, and I have received no meaningful update.

I have never experienced customer service of this standard before. I strongly advise others to purchase from trusted brands and avoid this one.
