After contacting 101 complaints dept. I have received an offer that is a payment of goodwill from the company it is not a massive amount but is just under 10% of my lost funds and as I accept I was party to some blame for the lost funds I would like to thank the company101 for not ignoring my reviews and dissatisfaction. As this is a mutual agreement I am a bit happier that I have not lost all my savings and will learn from the experience to be more careful in the future.
