Opted in for a ‘Bet £10
Opted in for a ‘Bet £10, get £10’ promotion. Despite fulfilling the criteria and having a screenshot showing that I was opted in, 10Bet refused to honour it and said that they could only give me a £5 free bet, as I was opted in for another promotion. Despite asking two different Customer Service advisors, both just shut the chat down and ignored me when I asked for evidence of this ‘alleged’ promotion. Avoid. They’re dishonest.

Now this is literally ridiculous. 10 bet I'm not trying to get my losses back cause that is what u lot are saying but what u are doing is absolutely pure ville.Yes I admit I redraw from 340£ spent today i redraw 170£ but I done it because u lot are ville.to have 170£ spent on 4 different games and literally have in return 5,12£ is absolutely ville.On 3 games 150£ spent and literally only dead speans with absolutely NOTHING IN RETURN.
