This was a very nice and quick online storage unit rental. I was upset at first because my unit door was not opening but they quickly handled the situation and was able to help me with a on the spot solution in no time and I was very pleased with everything. The lady on the phone was very nice and was able to accommodate all of my needs and then some. Very quiet and clean place as well.

Very easy online booking with no hassle. Even did it in the middle of the night. When I got to the facility the next day, no hassles. Code I entered online worked for the gate, combo code for the lock was correct, easy to find my assigned unit # and clean facility outside. Only issue is my unit door sticks and needs lubricant but that's just normal life and I can handle that. Thanks !

DON'T DO IT!!! They increase the rent stating "for operational costs" and my unit isn't even climate controlled. I've been a customer since a
August and my rent started at $135. It is now $189 and it's only February. Moving asap. Save your money and go with a different company.

When we checked in to our new storage…
When we checked in to our new storage unit we discovered that although it was listed as having power, it did not have any lights. Federal apologized for the mistake and offered to knock $20 per month off the rent. I felt that was extremely fair. Even without the reduction, their prices are better than any other facility around and it is a very nice facility with a good location.

The Burleson
The Burleson, Texas facility is very nice and well maintained. Very easy to get into and out of with my pickup and 20 ft trailer. Dakota, the onsite manager is very helpful and will go beyond expectations to help with any question and needs.

I paid a prorated price and was unable…
I paid a prorated price and was unable to get their DaVinci lock opened. The First Lady I talked to put in a maintenance repair to have lock removed. When I went to the storage facility 2 days later the lock still had not been removed. I called and talked to a 2nd lady who told me they were short handed. I told her I paid a prorated amount and I was still not able to move anything into my storage unit. If I cannot get into the storage unit on 1/31/22, I will ask for a full refund and find another storage unit. I really hate this because I rented a storage unit at a new facility and it is very nice.
