Melissa always knows how to encourage someone to overcome hurdles, doubts and challenges thus urging one to keep on trying even where discouragements appear to rear up their heads. She teaches well as well. She's a very good guide.

I am writing this review because the 10XBNB financing was in my name, and this situation directly affected me and my family.

After months of trying to resolve the matter, we eventually took our documentation directly to Westlake, the company that handled the financing.

They reviewed the documentation and reopened the matter.

After their review, Westlake’s Director of Compliance wrote:

“We have determined that the conduct of 10XBNB was disingenuous.”

He also informed us that their internal records did not reflect an adjustment that 10XBNB had indicated was made.

Most importantly, the full financial resolution ultimately came through Westlake, not directly from 10XBNB.

Westlake approved a full refund, including the amounts we had already paid toward the financing, with the intention of making us financially whole.

So in the end, we received 100% of our money back.

I am very thankful to Westlake for reviewing the documentation and resolving this.

My reason for sharing this review is simple: anyone considering a large purchase or financing arrangement with 10XBNB should read everything carefully, understand exactly who is financing the purchase, keep copies of all communications, and get any refund promises in writing.

Our situation is now financially resolved, but I believe other customers should know how our experience ended:

10XBNB’s financing partner reviewed our documentation, described 10XBNB’s conduct as “disingenuous,” and the finance company ultimately provided the full refund that made us whole.

I had an unexpected situation arise, and my representative immediately made herself available to assist me. When I reached out for suggestions, she guided me through the process and provided helpful support every step of the way. Most importantly, she followed up afterward to make sure the situation had been resolved.
She is a true professional who is attentive, knowledgeable, and committed to providing excellent service. I would also like to add that she answered every question I had and made sure I fully understood the process. I greatly appreciate her support and follow-through.

Fantastic service, they have multiple ways to make sure your questions get answered ASAP... support service, Facebook group, coaching calls 5 days a week, 1-2x a day (Beth is awesome), even their own AI agent. With their help I got my first contract inside of a week! The info and support they provide is comprehensive and removes a lot of the guesswork. Learning to think like an entrepreneur and start my first business is intimidating but these guys are making it much less scary than I anticipated.
