Think twice before purchasing

Think twice before purchasing. Initially sold as can be downloaded as app on android, this was incorrect. Only web access was available. Now platform has been updated so it's available on I phones but not android still states those who have purchased prior to update will still have web based access. This is incorrect, it does not work at all. One off Payment taken for lifelong access except nothing works! Tried contacting through their feedback email, it either no response or bounces back! I've tried for months. No contact numbers listed at all. Considering this is aimed to help 11 plus students in fact does opposite by not working and stressing students.
Wouldn't advise purchasing at all. Choose another platform
