Mix up but resolved
Wrong sized shoes turned up, after some discussion they issued a refund (they suggested I had worn them outside and marked the soles, not the case but nevertheless gave a refund after a short email exchange)

We have apologised for the manufacturing error that the wrong size shoes were in the box and would be more than happy to refund or replace unworn shoes.
However, the shoes you returned to us have been worn outside and we provided you with pictures in evidence. The soles are clearly worn down and in a very soiled condition and cannot be resold.
We have gone above and beyond our obligation to you and issued a full refund.
