I bought some shoes and a couple of days later they arrived.

Price very good and happy with process & shoes.
Would have been 5 stars if I'd been told about date of despatch & ETA.
- first I knew was email from royal mail.

I had tried several shops to find these particular shoes, Clark’s, with no luck. Tried online too, not much luck. Visited 121 for first time. Exactly what I wanted. Ordered late Wednesday night and I was wearing them Saturday lunchtime. What’s not to like. I’ll definitely be buying from you again.

Found exactly what I wanted, Easy transaction. My only comment would be that I bought a sale item and took advantage of the 10% off your first order, but it wasn't immediately apparent this only applied to full price items.

I have ordered from this shop previously and been impressed by the efficient customer service. I was sent an email about the New Year Sale and ordered a pair of discounted boots. They arrived yesterday and are perfect. I felt confident ordering again as you receive a bag in which you can return any items which don't fit or are not suitable upon close inspection.

Best price on a pair of Solovairs and fast delivery. Would definately recommend.

Bought a pair of shoes at this shop online, only to realize afterwards that their physical shop is 1 mile away from my home. Called the shop and ask them if I could collect at the store instead of waiting for the post. They changed the delivery to the shop with no problems. Great customer care.
The only thing I will point out is that they only accept online payment via PayPal which is not the best option in my opinion.
Will be visiting the physical shop more often now that I know it exists.

Arrived quickly, in great condition but I sadly realised that I’d ordered the wrong size so had to return my shoes.
