I purchased an item from AUTODOC and they questioned a review I left asking for photos etc. I sent photos with a short email and got a reply from 123bilder at the end of their email in German it said "Fick You"; Translation is "Fxxk You" in English. Amazing what kind of customer service is this?
Absolute joke. Pretending they were British firm. I ordered yesterday (Sunday) and wanted to cancel right away so send them an email. Got an answer this morning that they already sent the parcel to me! Yeah! Right! I haven't heard bigger BS in my life. Just ripping ppl off . Avoid avoid avoid!
