Kim helped me sell my apartment, we got a price we were happy with and he handled a few extras for me too. He always got back to me quickly and communicates clearly and efficiently, any customer should be happy.
My experience with 123-hjem as a buyer was an extremely pleasant one. The andelslejlighed wasn't much of a hard sell for them, but I found them - Kim Hinz-Berg in particular - to be very professional in looking after the interests of me, the buyer.
I spoke to the seller after the purchase who told me that 123-Hjem offered a very competitive flat-rate fee for selling. I assumed them to be happy with this and, although I'm not ready to sell just now, I would certainly consider using 123-Hjem should I ever wish to.
I was impressed by working with Rasmus and Kim at 123hjem for the sale of our downtown apartment. I had met Rasmus while visiting other apartments and he seemed professional and very knowledgeable about the housing market. This convinced me - along with their reasonable pricing - to go with 123hjem. I was not disappointed: I appreciated most that they did all the 'homework' of digging out the necessary information from the building association and authorities to present to buyers. In fact they handled most of the process by themselves (including organizing visits directly with our tenant) and involving me only when necessary. In short, it was perfectly handled with minimum headache from my side: job well done for a good price.
