Awesome platform and customer service experience with Aaliyah
Awesome platform, app and customer support experience with Aaliyah! I’ve been using DAT for the past few years. After recently trying 123 Load board, I can say that there is much more detailed information on the loads, less canceled loads, and it is more organized, and can notify you based on load preferences. This all helps you to be more proficient in your business. Also, I thought having DAT and this load board might be redundant with the same loads. But I found loads on here that wasn’t on DAT. Aaliyah was down to earth, very helpful, a pleasure to talk to. She helped me to make the decisions to subscribe.

Sleek and user friendly
Viewing this board it is sleek, organized, and not all over the place. It is more user friendly and most importantly it helps keep you organized. They have a neat tool to organize your documents. Not just creating a folder and putting files in but you can also forward the information to the Thunder Factoring company all within the 123LoadBoard site and app. Even their app is easy to use while out and about. Lets be honest... we are always on our phone and what a better way to check for loads at the palm of your hand. I highly recommend trying it out and see what all the fuss is about!

Let me just start off by saying I'm completely new to the trucking industry. Everything seems so foreign to me. However, while speaking to agent Aaliyah from the 123load platform has been a very settling experience. Speaking to agent Aliyah put me at ease. Aaliyah is very informative and patient. She speaks clearly and answers all questions. The platform itself is really simple to use. It was almost as if Aaliyah was in the same room with me while showing me how to navigate. I'm so excited! I been using some other load boards to…
I been using some other load boards to book loads for my drivers. Since I found the 123 load board. I don’t use any other load board Anymore. 123 have the best and good paying loads and easy to use. I highly recommend this load board.
