The ordering process was very simple and intuitive, i was ordered 2 budget tyres for my van, the worst tyres i ever had in my life. The tires are completely worn out, I'm not exaggerating, completely after only 1 and a half months. Great experience for ordering, but the tyres........, no, no, no. Yes, was budget tyres, but even so, 1 month and a half and 15000 km, it is disappointing.

The tyres ordered on 15 November, estimated delivery date was 19 November and tyres did not arrive after 10 days. Finally a competent customer respresentative on 25 november explained there was a problem with delivery and I asked for a refund.
10 days lost. And the issue has been refunded.

(My humble advice to other 3-4 people from the company who answered me: next time please contact GLS and ask what is the problem? You wrote tyres will arrive on 23.11. , then on 24.11 , then 25.11 But information on GLS tacking system is not updated since 18.11)

Price is a bit cheaper but I there is a big risk of delivery in winter- if you order the tyres in November like me better avoid them.

A final remark for all consumers: try to see which delivery company the sellers located in Benelux or Europe use before you order. If delivery is made by a company with poor service: simply do not buy online! It may cost just a small amount more but will be hassle free if you buy local , or you drive to Germany/France/etc and buy the items yourself!

Last time I bought 4 wheels with already equipped 4 seasons tires. As always, excellent job and fast delivery. And ofcourse, great price. If you're looking to buy tires this site is the best choice on the market.

Not a good experience for me...
Very bad shipping. Shipping address not used even when mentioned in the order form.
No reply from customer service (2 emails sent).
I called the local number to change the shipping address but nothing has been done. Delivery partner not better.
Order in 2008 was really better... quality of service is not going the good way.

Service with 123pneus was impecable. Exactly what we asked for. Though, we recommend using another delivery company for Belgium. The company who delivered the wheel wasn't serious at all. Tracking didn't work.. Though ovearll good Service and good product.
