I received a letter today from CAA Occasions them saying 123Print.co.uk has been victim of a cyberattack which meant some fraudulent credit card transactions may have been related to their site. They added that they took appropriate action. An unauthorised person had accessed personal data ie name, address etc, also card number expiry dates and security codes. So I was encouraged to enrol on Equifax Protect Online What ? I don't think so. And wont be using them again.

Did not get the opportunity to experience the quality of there work as the business cards I ordered didn’t arrive. After paying for express delivery and not receiving the cards, I called them. I was informed that they had a systems problems and the ordering system had not communicated the order to the printing system.

The whole point of paying for express delivery was that I required them urgently! Non delivery has caused me significant inconvenience.

An email informing me of the delay would have been nice but apparently this was beyond their competencies. A very helpful lady immediately agreed a full refund but even then they seem to have problems finding the details of the order, a copy of which I had already emailed them as requested

This is not the way to run a business. I will not use them again.

We were really pleased with our order of birthday invitations and the end result. The quality of printing was excellent and there were no problems. Delivery came in around 10 days so take this into account when ordering. All in all would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Easy to use template guide for business cards. average price for 100/150/200/250 is pretty much the same as any other on line printer. quality was good. Service was excellent, so I will use again.
