The package was not addressed properly…
The package was not addressed properly to the mounting partner's name (was addressed to me at the garage's address) and DPD had to call me and I had to look up the auto garage so DPD knew where to deliver it.
My data was not transmitted by 123reifen to the auto garage so they were annoyed that the tires were just sitting there and had no way to get in touch with me.
Over a month later I am getting fresh emails with shipment tracking and invoices from 123reifen for this old order.
Something is very broken in their system. If you don't want hassles or headaches with shipping, communication and the mounting partner... you should probably go with a different online tire shop. I won't purchase from them again.
