The seller (123rodamiento) was fantastic dealing with situation when courier (Chronopost) did horible job. In 21 century, provided with full address, GPS coordinates, and telephone number, they could not deliver package. What a shame.
But rodamiento was helpfull and even send new package earlier that received the returning package from chronopost.
I appreciate it.

Late delivery and no response from customer services
Due delivery on 29th feb, did not arrive. On the evening of 28th it was in SEUR depot not 32km from us. Not arrived and no update from SEUR except it’s out for delivery. Emailed 123 to both Spain and France emails for help but no response. SEUR totally unhelpful on the phone, cannot do anything as we are not the shipper. Paid extra for quicker delivery. Delivery I understand is out of 123 hands, but no response from 123 customer service is very poor so they get a one star, and SEUR as normal a minus 5 star. Delivered on the 1st march.

I don't know if you are referring to this order or to C3111465, for which you wrote to us and for which we replied that we would take action with the carrier.
You usually place your orders on weekends when we are closed, so your orders are dispatched on Monday mornings, and please note that we dispatch from France.
Your first order was delivered in 2 days, while the second took 4 days: the deadlines were respected.

I paid extra for next day delivery
I paid extra for next day delivery, because i needed the bearings urgently, but they arrived 3 days late. My customer was not happy. The bearings were correct and good.
