I like the products of 12STOREEZ! The quality is on the highest level (I can wear the clothes & shoes 2-3 years). Love style of 12 STOREEZ - classical & with accent on the quality. We need this store in Germany!
Why is your sizing so big!!!
I bought XS which is my size worldwide but yours is 2 sizes too big !
Very nice quality clothes, BUT! Their XS size is still too big for UK 4-6!
You have to consider that you'll pay almost 30% on top of the value of the goods (import TAX and duties).
The biggest con is returning goods!
1,- you'll need to request your refund (import TAX and all the import fees) by filling few forms on the government website
2,- you'll pay for the package to be delivered to the seller safely (in my case nearly £50), as their returns aren't free
3,- they are charging a 30 Eur restocking fee
Overall NOT WORTH shopping with them if you are a U.K. customer
Love the clothes, but don't expect to receive an answer back from their customer service.
This is a russian brand. By supporting this brand you are supporting russian aggression in Ukraine. Moreover, the clothes are not worth the hefty price tag.
The quality of clothes is amazing but the service is terrible.
I've ordered from their website twice and both times have had issues with return of goods. The first time they sent a pair of loafers with wrong size. They agreed to make a return on their expense. It was unclear how to arrange a return with DHL, it is not clearly stated in their instructions. After they received the returned shoes, they returned me not the full price of the shoes but deducted commission from it. I had to write to support and wait an answer for several days to get the rest of funds back.
The second time I've filled out the return questionnaire on their website and I still wait for the reply that the return is accepted. Without this reply and an invoice for return that they must send to me I can't proceed with the return. They don't answer to emails or whatsapp. The service is still bad. And it is still not clear from instructions how to arrange a DHL pickup. I think it is easier to resale the shoes by myself than to arrange the return.
Overall, clothes are great, but it is better to order them from Farfetch or Zalando to have easy delivery and returns.
I ordered a pair of trousers that were lovely but unfortunately too small. The return seemed easy at first but I contacted customer service by email because I couldn't find the label and no one replied. I had to figure it out by myself and it was attached underneath the paper. The return is also expensive (19.90 Euros), more than the actual delivery (12.90 Euros) and I would like to know why considering it's the same service from A to B, and of course, they don't refund the original delivery fee.
I wouldn't order from their website again. I'd rather pay a bit more to order on Farfetch if I need.
Their returns process is horrific. I’m still in the process to return a blazer for the last 2 1/2 months. They keep refusing it, even though I have followed their return instructions to a tee. First they provide a return label that has a date older than my purchase date. Then the receiver keeps refusing it on the basis that there’s no invoice attached even though I can get UPS to vouch for this because they are the ones who did it right in front of me. They sealed it in a plastic pouch and sent it off. But no, yet it still comes back with the same problem. “Receiver refused, no invoice attached”. A complete lie, try calling their custome care number and it goes to a fax machine. Try calling another number in the website and it goes on answering. It’s absolutely insane. It’s like they are literally playing mind games with you. I beg anyone who’s thinking of purchasing anything from their store to think twice, it’ll end up being a costly mistake. SIMPLY PUT - ONCE YOU BUY, YOU CANNOT RETURN IT !!

12 storeez if you are reading this, you guys are by far have the worst customer care for your international customers I’ve ever come across. My first time buying from a Russian brand and I’ve learnt my lesson. Never again !!!
You need to seriously improve your returns procedure, it takes really long time and I had to chase your employees myself for the refund. The returns form on mobile website is not clear at all. Also when they issued the return amount, it was less. Apparently the customer pays for the return. I do not mind paying but it’s not clear for the customer, and it’s only written in one place on the website where it’s difficult to find. You put return label in the box and say it is prepaid, but it’s prepaid out of my pocket... disappointing experience
