Their platform is clunky, support is practiclly nonexistent, and they don't care once you've paid

I regret ever trusting this company with our data and users. The platform is riddled with bugs, painfully slow, and constantly crashes during critical tasks. Every support ticket I opened either went ignored or received the same cookie-cutter response, and escalation is a joke—they'll close your ticket before actually resolving anything. Their onboarding was just smoke and mirrors—once the contract was signed, all meaningful communication disappeared.
