Bad experience - poor customer service!
I have no idea where all these positive reviews come from - maybe 1310.io staff and friends!
My experience was dreadful - wanted to connect to their service. I called 3 times each time told someone would call back within an hour - no-one did. I emailed and no response.
Will now be staying with BT!!!

Switched to 1310.io for their unbeatable value and symmetric bandwidth service, offering equal upload and download speeds. The latency is also reasonably low, making it a fantastic choice for fast and reliable internet. Initially, we had an issue with the phone number porting, but they fixed this professionally and systematically.
Brilliant Service from 1310
Brilliant Service from 1310, I recently moved into an OFNL area and receiving solid 850/850 Mbps speeds on the 900 package with 1310.
The router they provide is a decent Wifi-6 router and very good for an ISP router but easy to use your own router also.
The support team are great and quick to respond to any queries and the online portal is easy to use.

I moved to a new house and 1310 was one of the alternatives. I've never heard of this company but I took my risk and it's been wonderfull. The onboarding, setup and internet service are the best I've seen. No frictions, delays, etc. I connected the router, follow the instructions and boom, it works perfect! It's been a month now without any issues.
A strange company, with strange ideas.
A strange company that acted totally in reverse. When we were trapped in a contract their customer service was pretty good. As soon as we were out of contract and tried to negotiate a better deal, they went the other way and customer service became non-existent - we were completely ignored.
Despite having good customer service their broadband wasn't good. They tried, but everything was all OK from their end, so there was nothing they could do. I suspect the problem lied with the Zen Internet Infrastructure that 1310 use. We've now left 1310 with their Zen Infrastructure and the problems we had have magically disappeared! However, we were the problem according to 1310?
Also they are one of these companies that apparently hates the environment and purposefully generates E-Waste by supplying routers that are locked-down to their service. Did having a locked-down router stop me leaving? No. So what's the point? Disgusting that they are allowed to do this but they are not alone but are in a minority, thankfully.
There are better broadband suppliers, who don't use the rubbish Zen Infrastructure and who show a degree of responsibility to the environment. Avoid.

Admin staff seem like they’ve tried to help, but any other team have been useless. I got given a broken router sent out to me originally, they did fix this by sending a new router, but this was sent late which ended up costing a lot in data charges. Then they charged me twice for one month, offered me a free month in compensation which basically means I won’t be charged for a month I have already paid for, but I’m still yet to see a “free month” so this might not happen.
I am still owed the money back from being charged twice, it has been nearly 3 weeks and I have contacted every other day to still be ignored. I’ve even had the attempt of being put through to the managing director but they didn’t pick up nor have I had a call back.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone based on their poor customer service, the wifi however seems pretty good (although had its moments at first). Prices are good based on the wifi, but I guess it’s cheaper due to the poor customer service.

The customer service is next to non and cheaply priced composted to the others! Glad I joined! Thanks for providing me with a great service guys!!
