your site often beats the competition in price and in quality of airline. I am particular about which airlines I fly and I find the ones I like at 1-800. I've had no problems with customer service and generally prefer your site to others.

I haven't taken the trip yet, so I'll have to reserve my actual opinion until I do. If the flight works out the way it is scheduled things should be ok.

Using Fly Europe was very simple and understandable. I had no difficulty in booking my flight. I would, however, have liked to see an option to choose my flight seats and maybe even choose a meal for the long flight. I know competitors allow this option. Other than that, I was satisfied with the site.

Found this site to be very useful when looking for good prices for flights from SF - Munich.
Searching for multiple departure/return dates not easy. Would be great to have a table of different dates (like the Lufthansa site) which shows lowest price (for those lookig for best deal in terms of prices) for different date combinations or even just a "button" for changing dates on the results page.

The email with the specials for flights came at a perfect time as I was preparing my trip to Ireland!

odered tickets online after a friend recommend 800fly europe. cheapest price for the same flight the airline quoted us $400 more per person round trip. called the next day and got the seatin i wanted with no problem. would and will recon=mmend this service to all my friends

i made a reservation on the 1800 fly europe website. All fine, decent price, confirmation sent, etc.

1 hour later I get a phone call asking me to call back because the ticket could not be issued. I call back, person on the phone has no ideea why I'm calling, according to him "they're still working on th ticket". I'm bring told to "hold on" for 5-6 times in a row while they're looking at stuff. Still clueless, 15 minutes later, he transfers me to someone else, w/o telling them anything. I tell them the story again, I got a phone call, the guy tells me to "hold-on", and next "it's canceled", "we could not book the ticket, the itinerary was offered on our website, it should have not been there". I aks "why?". He tells me the airline canceled the ticket because they don't have a ticketing agreement. I ask "isn't there anything you can do to book the itinerary?" "No". Now wait a second, you're a _travel_ agency, aren't you supposed to _work_ and book the tickets and arrange the transfer? Isn't that what you get paid for? No, apparently they're just resellers. Yuck.

I am not thrilled about the fact that I thought those reservations were with Virgin Airlines, and in fact, they are with American Airlines. You might want to look at how you have labeled what airline is being used. When I made my reservation, it clearly said Virgin.

One step closer to going home

I had checked many websites for fares to London. 1800FlyEurope gave me the best price. It saved me $200 per ticket. When I called to get my seats assigned, the call was answered right away and the agent was very helpful. I will recommend them to anyone.

Website was easy to use and I bought the insurance. After the fact I wondered about the insurance and could not find a link to get me to the details of the coverage.

All services and quality was great, as expected.

I am not a seasoned flyer but when I need tickets for a get away to europe they are always good prices. They are always a money saver.

I had read to be careful when buying from airline ticket consolidators, but saw others had recommended 1800FlyEurope on TripAdvisor and Fodors, so felt reasonably comfortable working with them. I had to make a call to speak to an agent live to get a couple of questions answered, and the representative was very helpful and friendly. It took a little research to align my trip with the right pricing, but ended up securing a really good deal on a flight to London. I immediately checked the airline to verify my reservation and it was there. The communication via email was very fast.

When I booked four flights the same day I exceeded the daily limit on my card so I received a phone call explaining the situation. Rather than cancel any of my flights (for family members) they placed one in a "hold status" until the following day so the booking would not be lost.
Before the actual date of our travels I received a phone call from 1800FlyEurope to inform me there was a change in plans from the airline & I would need to choose a new return flight. Since the change was on the part of the airline there was no charge to me (as expected) & the person on the phone was a pleasure to work with.
