No refund

Ordered one bottle, they shipped via UPS, I never received the bottle. Started a claim with UPS and after appropriate amount of time I expected a refund from 1-800 Whiskey. No response to my emails to them, no refund. Fortunately I used paypal and filed a claim with them to get my money back. I figured the guy kept my money and let paypal take the hit. The telling part was the UPS shipment showed a package weight of just 0.2 lbs. It must have been an empty bottle to only weigh that low. Probably a scam.

Dont buy from them

Dont buy from them. I ordered 18 bottles, they kept my money for over a month $2,200. I never received 8 out of 18 bottles ordered, and 2 of the 10 that were delivered leaked, so I ended up having a problem with 10 out of 18 bottles.

Not a great track record. I would have purchased more if they were legit. Don't waste your time don't buy from them.

Shipping issue or fraud?

We ordered 2 bottles on March 8th and paid for 2nd day air shipping. Now, on March 28, we still do not have our order and we have had no response from the company. We have informed them that we'll be notifying our credit card company if they do not respond.

Shady business practice

This company sent me a different and less expensive whiskey bottle than the one I ordered. The picture of the bottle on my order is not the same as that of the one they sent me. They then changed the picture of the bottle on their website to match the one they sent me! They refused to either exchange the correct bottle or issue a refund. They only responded after I informed them that I had filed a dispute with my credit card company and a complaint with the BBB.
