I've been getting catheters from 180 Medical for 5 years. They have always been on time, and there has never been a problem with insurance. Catheters just show up at my door. They make it all easy!

One problem was I had to wait on HOLD. . .
One problem was I had to wait on the phone, (on Hold), for over 40 minutes when I called to get my order sent to me, so that I wouldn't run out of some of my ostomy supplies. . . And usually 180 Medical calls me to verify my order, and they didn't do it this month. Only part of the order has arrived so far, but I do expect the rest to get here in the next day or two, so it should all work out in the end. . . 180 Medical has been better than some others that I worked with over the years though; so sticking with them for now at least. . . Thank you.
PS: NEVER CALL BEFORE 10 am in the mornings.
