Do NOT Deal With This Company

On January 7th, 2019, I bought three mods, three spare 21700 batteries, a Nautilus tank, ans a Nitecore dual charger. When it arrived a few days later one of the mods was missing a battery. Customer support told me batteries are not included even though the other two had batteries. I showed him on their website where it says batteries are included. So 180 Smoke sent me a free battery. About a week later I noticed the charger had a burnt smell when charging. Customer support said to send the charger back to them. While I waited for the new charger I used a different charger which would not charge one of the batteries. Ugh. Then customer support said the charger I sent them was working perfectly and they wanted another $10 to ship it back to me. At this point I am contacting my credit card company to cancel my payment to 180 Smoke. If they want their defective products back I will gladly send them back when they provide the shipping charges.

I honestly wasn’t so sure what to think…

I honestly wasn’t so sure what to think about this store. I was skeptical at first. And researched a bunch about the site (to see if legit) and I did read up on some pretty good stuff about the company. So I decided to take a chance. And I am sooooo happy that I did!!!. Bought a new mod, battery, and coils w express shipping. Was super fast shipping!. Couldn’t believe it. I’m located in Prince George, bc and didn’t think it would get here so fast. I love it. I think I found my fav new vape site. YAAAAYYY!! ^_^ I highly recommend this store. Oh and how can I forget!? Reasonable prices!!.

Omg 180 smoke shop is the best

Omg 180 smoke shop is the best , the vapes are good price and this wicked cool chick helped me out her name was Amanda I think , she was hilarious and informative she knew her stuff , I most definitely will be back!!!!

Very disappointed with their customer service

Very disappointed with their return/ refund policy. They are selling kits without the battery WTH? When I received the kit, I opened it and realized that battery is missing, I contacted the right away and they said that they can't refund me as I didn't want useless device...

Disappointed

Bought a geek vape blade online from them. It was opened, previously used and glitching out. Instead of refunding me, they're going to replace if they choose it's necessary, if not I'm stuck with this defective mod. I've been without a mod, and so I had to go buy elsewhere out of pocket while my returned mod sits at the store, it's been there for 5 days untouched with no update from them. I'm disappointed, and have learned my lesson.

Love this site

Love this site! Had help from on line customer service guy named "Goose"
He was spot on with his recommendations of the products I needed for my current vape pen charger.
I do wish that "sampler size" vape juices were available to try first before buying a full size bottle.
I'm tired of buying juices I don't like and will never use again!

Revised evaluation 12/03/2018: I am from Chicago where Chicagoan's ARE paid for their opinions. So, When I am asked to do a "quick" survey from companies... I just ignore or explain, "If my opinion matters that much, then what do I get? My opinion costs me TIME to give. My time is valuable. I was given an email that said: "You are helping others." Really? I want to see just how my few words of praise for a company that helped me complete my order with the correct information is helping others. So, I clicked on the email and found 39 people that say my review . My question is: Why cannot I see what 39 people wrote "IF" it is this important?

First they have shipped my item to…

First they have shipped my item to Halifax, Nova Scotia instead of Mississauga, Ontario. Then they promise to resend me a new one and refund my courier fee I paid when I called, well no replies since then and No one answers their customer service telephone line and no one has responded to my email asking when I will receive my order now.
