On balance, a good service.

They delivered it on the Saturday, we filled it on the Monday and they collected on the Tuesday. Their team was always helpful and polite on the phone and by email. There are a couple of ways they could improve. We had to source and put down our own planks to protect our keyblock drive. It would have helped if they had provided them. Ten minutes before their driver arrived and delivered the skip, they were unable to say when he would arrive. He did send a text, but this arrived after the skip had been delivered! On balance, though, a good service.
