A refund issued for a specific transaction or under a Money-Back Guarantee does not automatically cancel other ongoing contracts or unpaid invoices linked to an account. If separate balances remain overdue after standard reminders, the account is referred to our collection process according to our standard terms.
2. Account Review:
To resolve any misunderstanding, we need to cross-reference the refund issued via PayPal with the exact invoice currently in collection.
As your profile remains anonymous, we still cannot access your account. You can simply respond to the invitation to provide your contact details sent to you directly via the Trustpilot platform, or write to us at trustpilot@ionos.fr with your Customer ID.
Our quality team will review your case directly to ensure everything has been processed accurately.

Hidden costs
The pricing structure is anything but clear. I paid for a full hosting package with my chosen domain, headline price seems to be excellent value, hence the reason I chose Ionos, rather than Hostinger where my other websites are hosted.
However with a hosting package you need to be able to build a website or an app. This is NOT FREE, so your hosting package deal that you think is great value isn't, it's pretty much inline with other hosting companies.
If IONOS are hiding this what else are they hiding.
Ionos you need to be up front with your fees!
Update:
Since writing this I have received my refund statement. Only the hosting part has been refunded, not the purchase of my chosen domain name and yet I no longer own it. Explain please

These can be installed at no extra charge either manually or with a single click using our ClickAndBuild feature (more details are available here: https://www.ionos.com/help/hosting/click-build-applications/frequently-asked-questions-about-click-build-applications/).
Regarding your domain refund update: domain registrations are registered directly with the central registry upon purchase, making registry fees non-refundable once activated. However, you remain the official owner of the domain for the full registration period (usually one year) and are free to use it or transfer it to another provider whenever you wish.
Please do not hesitate to contact our customer support directly so we can verify your account details and ensure your domain management options are properly set up for you.
