Ordered 2 weeks ago via Amazon, package is dispatched since 2 weeks but still not shipped. No informations from their side. You can’t rely on them. Now we need to order it twice from a different seller so we get it in time. Won’t buy there anymore and won’t recommend at all

I placed an order for 13 bottles. A month later they sent 11 bottles. Instead of the expensive red wine ordered, they sent cheap white wine. Instead of expensive vintage wine, they sent table wine. They refuse to return money for the difference in price.

Contrary to most reviews below, I took my chances & my international order went pretty well, items arrived within the indicated delivery period, properly packed and as described.

I ordered by Amazon and I received earlier than expected. My husband is very happy with his pre🎄present.
He is a grappa collector and A1Wisky is selling Grappas a rare thing to find.

Before my order I read negative reviews here but I tried it (I thought that in the worst case they will send my money back to my bank account).
I did order (2.5.2021 directly by 1awhisky.de - delivery fee is cheaper then by Amazon) of six liter bottles of Swiss Appenzeller Alpenbitter (I didn't found shop in Czech Republic where is possible to buy this liqueur) with six shot glasses, I paid it by bank transfer and today (18.5.2021) it was delivered to me (complete and without damage). Yes, it wasn't so fast and after finish of my bank transfer I didn't receive any e-mail (about expedition, about delivery, etc.) but price is perfect (cheaper than in Switzerland). I think that if you have time to wait and you like very good price then it is good decision to do order by 1awhisky.de.

delivery took amost 6 weeks 2 bottles missing and 2 changed but customer service works flawless and going to order again in future

This page is a total fraud, sellling bottles they do not have, lying about shipping the bottles and accusing DHL for loosing the package and only responding and sending money back after a threat that there will be taken legal actions against them.

The same story over and over again. Only PayPal with this store, otherwise there is a great chance you lose your money.

Slow delivery, lies about coronavirus causing delays with dhl (they did not send it yet), bad customer service, MISSING PRODUCTS, wrong products in order. Ordered 3 times, had problems 2/3 times.

Orderd for 150 euro Finest Call products, got a clear estimated delivery time (2 weeks), and delivery was perfect on time deliverd. After order, I saw trustpilot revieuws, and I can't relate the bad revieuws, I needed to call one time, because I didn't got a track and trace. the staff was very friendly and nice to call. I will order again.
TIP to other orders, first call what the deliverytime is, before ordering, that there is no misunderstanding!

Wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company. 1 month and nothing sent. No tracking ID. Currently opened a case through PayPal which they are NOT responding to, so should get my money back soon

1awhisky, or whisky-xxl as their sister-site is called, do have very favorable prices - sometimes they are about 2/3 or half the price of other retailers.
However, they are _extremely_ slow in shipping. I get the impression that they don´t keep much in stock and therefore have to wait for others to ship to them first. They also have very poor shipping management and have forgotten bottles _every_ time I´ve ordered from them. They refuse to send those bottles, instead offering to refund, but managed to forget some of those bottles even on my next order.

Communication and service-mindedness is also absent, and I had to threaten them with reporting them as a fraud when I had no contact for several months.

That said, I finally got all my bottles and I´m happy with the prices - but the service is not acceptable.

I was slightly apprehensive, having read some of the reviews.
But I ordered a quantity of miniatures for use as wedding favours and I found the service prompt, the parcel was very well packaged and content excellent. Would recommend 😊

Saw the terrible reviews, therefore decided to order just a few items to try myself. Well, the package came in a week with right content. If some complaining, maybe the delivery information/tracking code would be good to get automatically. Now I asked and got the answer the next day.

Don't know what's been going on but hopefully it's behind now.

I've had to reassess my view of this site the second time around.
Horrible experience where the shipment took almost a month to arrive. They did not respond to any inquiries regarding the missing shipment and I could see by the DHL track ID they send that the package had not even been delivered to DHL even after several weeks. Asking them about it through many emails but received no replies.
Only when I created a case through PayPal as a way to get my money back did they ship the order. I received it a few days later, but of course one item was missing. I'm still trying to get the money for this item back through PayPal.
In short, I'll never use this site again!
