Using a 10gb package via Revolut while I am in Phuket and after 1 weeks use, I cannot fault it at all. 5g where it’s available, which is most places and 4g where I can’t get the 5.
I selected the country I am going to Thailand, paid £9 and not had one issue.

I purchased a travel eSIM through Digital Republic (powered by 1GLOBAL), and it never worked.
The QR activation failed, the eSIM profile remained stuck on “activating” for days, and despite submitting a support request, I received no confirmation, no response, and no assistance.
I am abroad and rely on mobile data for work.
Being without connectivity for four days is not an inconvenience — it is a complete failure of the core service.
A provider that cannot reliably activate an eSIM or even acknowledge support requests is not dependable.
I cannot recommend Digital Republic or 1GLOBAL for international roaming or any situation requiring reliable connectivity.

It had been recommended via Saily, to get an eSIM for USA. As we would be travelling through three states we thought it would be good. It was alright in Nashville. Travelling on the US 45 Route it cut out not long into the drive and we lost our navigation maps. We had three phones all with the same e-sim provider and all three were out for well over 90 minutes. Even when stopping in West Point, the only way we could get our maps back was to use WiFi in Wendy’s. Not happy as we really needed this. We are now on our way to New Orleans and I’m hoping we don’t get the same drop out but I’m worried now, ruining my holiday.

Tried 1Global through Revolut in Montgenegro and Serbia, and in a word......appalling. Not so much as poor connections as no connection mostly. Revolut needs to partner with multiple providers that are the best in each country, not a one stop not truely global provider clearly using cheap intermediaries.
I'm in Danang using it no problem so far. Airlo, Saily I bought and could not get them to work at all.
Do not use in Asia, it is not working correctly and instructions given are not correct (wrong apn)

Traveling through France, been to a few locations & 1Global esim service has been sketchy at best, sometime I get a 5G symbol but not connectivity other times a 4G symbol & a better signal, got a 30day plan but looking at French esims now instead
The worst telco on the planet. Truly appalling product and service. The only option for Apple Watch family tethered in Australia. Apple, for God’s sake, fire this lot. Calls and texts don’t go through over half the time, or are delivered days later. Absolute rubbish. Do not waste your money.
Purchased an eSIM via Revolut who used 1Global, the service was for Latin America (not cheap). Service does not work at all apart from the odd notification, pages don’t load. It’s not the connection as some notifications get through and in the same touristic places, every other eSIM works. No refund offered via revolut for using this abysmal service.
Do not buy this if you travel in Spain. They are basically not working at all. I travel both Madrid and Granada, it shows 5G/LTE but zero network to me .
