I had a mortgage application through my previous broker adviser but unfortunately my application was declined. It was after my mortgage application was declined then a friend of mine introduced 1LetaFinance to me then I met Emmanuel who agreed to be my new mortgage adviser and he assured me he would do his best to get me AIP which I will use to secure my new house. Me and my wife we are really grateful to God and also for the professionalism and the supports every staffs of 1LetaFinance shown to us to be able to secure our dream house. Emmanuel stood by us from the day he promised and assured me he would do his best to get AIP for me to secure my new house and he actually stood by us till the very day me and my wife finally got our keys to our brand new five bedrooms house. Applying for a mortgage is very daunting - especially for a first timer. Thankfully, we had Emmanuel to guide us.
