Embarrassing withdrawal experience

I have played 1red for a few months now, I input in excess of £1000, and withdrew couple £100 here and there over the past 2-3 with rarely any issues. On 8/1/26 I received a bonus and won 1700, after spending the 1500 wagering limit of the bonus I was left with £400 so decided the withdraw. We are now well into 10 days and my withdrawal is still pending. Keep being told it is with the finance team. Happily take money from you but when you win from bonus clearly want to withhold the money. Their policy on website states it should take no longer than 2-9 days. Going from other people’s experiences this is rarely the case. Avoid.

**** UPDATE *****

After waiting 16 days for my withdrawal. Got an email to state it had been cancelled. When I reached out to request why? Technical error but could not tell my what error. Told me to retry the request and they would expedite it, which I was being told daily was happening anyway. Please do not spend your money here

Update. 24/01/2026

I re attempted to cash out and again I have been waiting for a further 5 days. It is now 29/01. Still no further forward. Same generic AI responses from emails etc. they pass them off as real people. SCAM

Pay outs going slow

When I first joined payouts were fast but now I’ve been waiting for over £900 since the 19th of December everytime I message customer service I get the same answer we are working hard to process this and there’s been a delay in the finance department I hope I get my winnings soon

I emailed them today and sent a copy of all the withdrawals due and asked where I am in the queue to just get this reply I’m really starting to get unhappy with this situation now..

Pending withdrawal for 6 weeks and still no money

UPDATE -
Its now january 24th still pending and they have the cheek to reply to this review with the same generic message ive been getting from live chat since 9th Dec!!!

Deposits taken in seconds after signing up. When trying to withdraw however they make you send so many documents for verification, which i done. All verification was passed and confirmed successful. First few withdrawals went smoothly landing in my bank within 3-5 days. However I have now been waiting for my last withdrawal since 9th Dec (it is now 16th Jan) still 'pending' ....live chat are no use and just send me the same generic message about being in a queue and they cannot give me a timescale. I have asked for the complaints procedure and they have told me to find it on the website. They have also told me they have no licence at the moment as its under review. Very suspicious. Im not holding out any hopes of ever getting my money. Fraudulent company.

the second withdraw is in proces 8 days now.
you can max withdraw 1000 or 1500 .
it depends which level you are.
and while your first withdraw is pending you can not make a second with draw.
after nine days my second withdraw come in my bank account.
i give 3 star for the withdraw.
but only 3 because the maximum in the beginning is 1000 and later 1500.
while processing you can not make a nother withdraw.

Rubbish - do not deposit

This site does not let you deduct any winnings. You have to spend 3 x your initial deposit before they will allow you to withdraw any money. Stay away....

All their messages below does is confirm, you have to wager 3 X your deposit before you can withdraw any funds. I deposited money without getting free spins or any bonus funds and still had to wager 3 X my deposit before they would consider my withdrawal.
