Overall good but one big complaint
Shipping was quick and pricing was good. Delivered right to my mailbox makeing the whole process extremely easy and hassle free. The product I received was packaged professionally and only leaves me with one complaint. The brand I ordered I have ordered before from a different website which was operated out of a difrent province. Long story short although both were packaged very similar the actual cigs themself were completely difrent and the better cigs were from the other site they were also about 5 dollars more per carton but would have definitely been happier with paying that extra 5 bucks per carton they were significantly that much better

The delivery of your order is not within our control as it done thru a separate company (Canada Post). If ever there are any human error on their part, your review should be directed toward's their company and not ours. You may think that giving us a 1-star review is warranted due to your frustration, but I can assure you that we did everything in our capacity to receive your order, process it as soon as possible and have them delivered to canada Post to be delivered as diligently as possible. We haven't had any delivery issue like that and I'm sure that it was not intentional in Canada Post's part.
