1ST Airport Taxis Luton 

Service and communication from home to Luton, exemplary. Upon landing, no text informing me of Driver or reg plate or meeting point. No driver was there despite my confirmation the day before including the flight number and despite my having informed them of slight flight delay and receiving a reply reassuring me that they were tracking the flight. They weren’t. I was told driver would arrive in 20 minutes and would phone to meet me at the mid term car park. Why wasn’t the car there before my flight landed? The mid term car park is a half mile from the terminal and why should I be made to walk it at that time of a cold night. It would have cost the driver an extra £5 to collect me from the Express Drop Off point that is right outside the terminal and I would have gladly paid it. The worst taxi transfer service. Call handler was not apologetic and patronisingly instructed me to return to terminal, get a coffee (at 00:30!) and wait for the driver. That’s not the service I paid for.

1st Airport Taxis have been exceptional. Called the day before for both our outward and return journeys to Luton Airport. Picked up from Essex. Both journeys were on time, and both drivers professional, polite, and courteous. Our return driver Malik who picked us up from the airport was particularly exceptional, friendly and it was lovely to have a journey with him as our driver. I’m sure our outward driver was too, but it was 02:00 and my husband and I were half asleep and likely not much company. It was nice not to have to try and make conversation so early and I think our outward driver respected that. Our pick up time was perfect for our departure, and the return driver monitored our flight so he knew of any delays. Having found out that this company pick up for all airports, we will definitely be repeat customers. Cars are clean and well maintained, which shows the pride the drivers take with their service. I just got a demand for an extra £100 the day before we were due to travel. I had booked online several weeks ago for a return trip to Terminal 3 having checked out Trustpilot and seen the positive reviews. The company confirmed the booking by text at the time. I then paid in full earlier this week after receiving a request for the same, although the original booking had offered cash payments as an option. This morning I received a text message saying the system had erred and undercharged me by £100 more than I had already paid! They refused to honour their commitment even though they accepted that the error was theirs. They did agree to refund me. Fortunately I was able to arrange transport with another firm for £60 less than 1st Airport taxis inflated price. I feel like I have been the victim of an attempted scam.

Excellent service lone female travelling to Luton airport fantastic communication pre pick up from the company which is really reassuring having never used this service before. Pick up prompt driver called introduced himself and gave eta also what’s app message with make model and registration of vehicle journey fantastic really kind and communicative driver and first class driving in horrendous wet and thunder conditions driver even advised of drop off and where to get to departures etc which having never been at this airport was fantastic cannot recommend them enough I felt safe and comfortable throughout journey and would happily use this company again my driver id was 404

Fantastic service, stress free service to and from the airport for 15 of us going out and 7 coming back. Easy to book with confirmation and a call the day before we traveled to confirm and an email on our return to confirm, text message from the drive with where to meet him and he was with us with in 2 mins after calling. Spot on service for the 2nd year in a row. Highly recommend

I have used this company for airport drop off and pick ups for around 7 or 8 years now. They are always on time, their communication is excellent, their cars are always clean and good quality and their drivers are always professional. Tonight driver 320 (sorry I didn't get his name) waited outside to walk me to the car in the drop off area at Luton which was a nice touch.

With all this you would expect big prices, but they always seem competitive, which keeps us booking with them and keeps it cheaper than airport car parks.

I have recommended this company to many others and will continue to do so and to use them regularly.

Very good service. Easily booked on line. Kept me up to date with what to do and where to meet. My driver picked me up early as flight was early. He parked as close as possible to meet me and rang to say where to meet. Would definitely use this company again.
