Excellent service as usual won’t use anyone else.

A big thumbs up for 1st Call Services. I had a low-pressure problem causing my boiler to shut down overnight during the cold snap. I rang them in the morning, they arrived in the afternoon as promised, and fixed the problem without any fuss. No nonsense, no overcharging, and no excuses. Great service.

David and Beauleigh came out to sort a pressure issue with my boiler It was resolved efficiently and I was explained and shown what they were doing all the way through so I was fully informed. David has always been my 1st choice to use over the many years he has done work for me because I know he has the highest standards when it comes to his work and his customers. Had problems with the hot water . David came straight away found the problem, fixed it and did the annual service. He has done the service since we had boiler installed by him 6 years ago. Always reliable and friendly

David the owner at 1st Call Services was very prompt with a visit he listened to my needs of a new boiler and suggested what he thought would be best for me .He even suggested speaking to family
if they had any concerns.I received his very thorough quote and with my son in laws input I went ahead with the installation .A days work was recommended. He arrived along with chap Boo and they got to work .A very professional company and friendly.Work completed fitting a new Worcester Bosch boiler plus loft and roof work to fit a new compatible flue. All rubbish cleared and taken away at end of day .

Since having a very polite reply from the company director I would like to apologise and set the record straight and state that newboileressex were not the company that caused the upset at my father's house 16/12/22 the company at fault is First Call Gas Limited of Cleckheaton West Yorkshire.

Had new Bosch boiler and Bosch WiFi controller fitted by David. He has done a very clean job. Super polite and lovely person to deal with. Thank you so much for every step of the process.

1st Call Services quoted to replace the boiler and fit a Hive controller as well as checking the rest of the system. When we went ahead with the work, Dave was very professional and reliable, completing everything in the time agreed. It was great to use an independent small business and know who you're dealing with.

Dave & Boo from 1st call Services arrived this morning 24/09/2021 on time as arranged to give our Worcester Bosch boiler its annual service, work was completed nice and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Dave and his apprentice were both fantastic! Not only do they carry out a great job for you, they are polite and generally nice people to have working in your home. I'd very much recommend these guys 🙂

We needed a complete new heating system to replace a 50 year old hot air boiler and asked Andy from 1st Call to advise. His knowledge and price were outstanding and in April He, Liam and Theo arrived and set to work, it took about three days to dismantle the old system and fit the new with an up to date top range system. At the end of each day the furniture and flooring they had to remove was replaced and the areas cleaned and vacuumed. On completion of the work the system was explained and demonstrated in a manner that was understood. We were so pleased with what we now have that we asked if they could convert our old bathroom into a shower room.
Again the expertise and vision of Andy was invaluable in deciding what should be done and the estimate agreeable, this was a much more involved project and after two weeks of the same outstanding service from Liam, Theo the Tilers and Electrician. Whilst on the final fitting of the new units my wife and I were struck down with Covid so the work had to stop while we were isolating. After the isolation period the work was completed and we now have a modern house.
We can't thank Andy and his team enough for the help, kindness and support given during this renovation.

David @ 1st Call Services just fitted a Worcester Bosch 32cdi compact boiler, fantastic quite boiler. David PRICED MATCHED on line companies, so great value, with the added bonus of him being the local Worcester Bosch approved fitter so 10 year guarantee, and local for servicing and if any problems. Nothing was to much trouble and they continually checked things were in the right place for me etc. No complaints at all with boiler or service.
