Shocking company.
Quoted me £1400~ for a premium. Paid in full. Said that due to an error inputting on THEIR form, that I owed them £250 more.
Spent an hour on the phone with someone endlessly trying to insist that this was my fault. Advised they would take payment automatically or cancel my cover.
Then wanted to charge me £100 for the privilege of saying no to them asking for more money, as I then asked to cancel.
Extorting company. Stay well away. Customer service absolutely shambolic!
Lower quote than my last insurance company and all sorted very quickly. All straight forward.
Awful company.
Worst ever. Wanted to sell my car, 1st central wanted £258 to cancel my policy, it's in their Ts and C's.
CON ARTISTs and SCAMMERS
AVOID, lots info on Facebook, just put in 1st Central.
Hassle free renewal no hidden extras and a great insurance Company to deal with.
Had one email stating that the would not be renewing my car insurance no explanation given not a happy customer
The site is easy to use and has all the information you need. And the price was acceptable.
Good price sensibly linked to car value and miles covered.
Communication online, email and phone has been helpful and clear. The quote being much less than other enquiries and as far as I can gather covers all aspects that I need.
Would never use again. Car insurance in general only allows you to purchase "for a year" or pay for incredibly expensive 'short term' insurance designed for a few days. I needed to change my vehicle as my old car went back but my new car wasn't going to arrive for a few weeks. I was told I MUST cancel my insurance becasue otherwise I'd be liable for the old vehicle (which I can understand) but they gave me no option to freeze or reomve the vehicle from my policy and instead took £65 off me (admin fee and cancellation charge) for a circumstance beyond my control. I would have happily remained with them as my insurer but after being scammed out of £65 would never use them again.
They have a good website that’s easy use and a product that’s excellent value for money. Can’t go wrong really.

Great price for My car insurance renewal, beat the rest by a good £100.00
Slight issue at payment portal online but all cleared up with a single phone call.
