REPLY: So finally a review has landed after you have done everything to remove all other critical reviews (red flags much?!) A lie is a lie, and I can see you're on a roll. I told you I couldn't proceed if you used Credas and you blatantly told me you didn't - that you used Creditsafe and proceeded to take a payment for... AML checks via Credas! You then proceeded to spam constantly via your sister company Best 4 Business Accountants about signing up to Credas. To anyone reading this review - it has taken a lot to get this review up so I really hope you can heed this warning! It was a colossal waste of valuable time dealing with the worst imaginable, ineffective service. And people. Any bad language directed at you was fully deserved! Your appalling conduct is far, far worse and offensive than a few choice words.

I do not believe the positive reviews (my honest opinion Trustpilot - educate yourselves will you.. adapt some morals while you’re at it - you’re as bad as the likes of these). This business has other affiliates such as Best 4 Accountants Ltd which I am also now being pestered by with constant irrelevant emails (FACT Trustpilot - again, educate yourselves). I enquired to 1st Choice Incorporations primarily about Virtual Office services. They were a nightmare to deal with from the very start and then TOLD A MISTRUTH (see what I did there!) about their ID verification system. So I told them I didn't want to deal with them anymore. They are now pestering constantly and ignoring all data requests so I am having to involve the ICO. Seriously consider if these are the types of people you wish to deal with!

I had an excellent experience setting up my company with 1st Choice Incorporations, and wanted to leave a review because I felt they absolutely deserved it.

To begin with, I had a few questions, so I called them, and Jaime, the company secretary, who had picked up the phone, not only answered all of my questions promptly, but also helped me submit the paperwork very quickly, and I was able to incorporate my company within hours.

Their entire staff was very courteous and responsive, and I really liked that when they said they would get back to me in regards to a specific question, they actually immediately looked into, got it sorted, and got back to me within an hour.

I had previously signed up with another formation company's all-inclusive package, but that company's process was taking long and their ID verification process did not seem trustworthy enough, which got me looking again, and I came across 1st Choice Incorporations.

In that regard, it was really comforting to see that 1st Choice Incorporations uses Credas for their ID and address verification, and that entire process was smooth, seamless and took a mere ten minutes.

I should add that the level of customer service provided by Jaime has been exceptional. She has been prompt, courteous and dependable from the first minute, and her care and attention to detail made all the difference for us.

In summary, based on my own experience, I'd like to say that whilst there are many incorporation companies to choose from, and several of whom offer less expensive pricing, based on my experience, you get what you pay for, and the level of service, promptness and trustworthiness I experienced when using 1st Choice Incorporations was par excellence, and absolutely worth it.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, prompt and trustworthy experience.

I had such a great experience setting up my CIC with 1st Choice Incorporations. Jaime, the company secretary, took care of everything for me! They were super responsive to all my questions and concerns, and their suggestions for changes were spot on. It was all very professional but also felt personal, since I only had to deal with one person instead of multiple people from different departments.

Even though I spent weeks researching on my own to prepare all the documents, I'm really glad I decided to go with their service instead. I would have probably missed a lot of important details if I did it myself. It was definitely worth every penny! Jaime was amazing, 10/10.
