I bought a full face helmet and body armour for BMX’ing. The items came well packaged, especially the helmet. Delivery was next day and no issues.
My only problem now is that it’s the wrong type of helmet and protection. My fault really as I bought motorcross and not BMX but the item descriptions on the website were really unclear. Now I need to return both.

I have the original packaging and box and have emailed customer service a few days ago but heard nothing. This is where I drop a star.

Please can someone help me to return these items?

After reading these comments i Was worried after i ordered new fmf pipe

Top class customer service. Sent an item back had to take some tags off to try it on. Correct size item came few days later.

5 Star experience in my eyes, going to complete a last minite prep for my 1st ever enduro and needed a few bits and quick.
Found what I needed and ordered on line. it says to call them of you need it by a specific date, I did and they were super helpful.
Even rang me back to say my tear offs didn't match the goggles I had ordered.
Arrived quick and correct, at a decent price too.

Ordered some 2007 ktm 250sxf graphics unfortunately they were stuck at customs due the covid they had to cancel my order but Andy who is amazing sorted me out!!!! the money went towards a new back rear tyre with the convenience of me not getting my graphics I got my tyre and also ordered some new service stuff from Andy!!!

Service is unreal best I had for a long time deffo recommended, they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers

After few years of good service they start to sell items they don't have. I placed the order and nothing for 2 weeks, checked the DPD status which said "waiting for item from seller". After I contacted 1stmx they told me order was sent already so i's maybe lost... but they cannot resend because they don't have items anymore. When I logged into their website items I ordered was still available. Don't recommend this seller. order # 0217732-110920

Excellent service, ordering, communication and delivery was very well done and my son was kept informed all the way through.
They didn’t have the tyre in stock but was quick to communicate our options and delivery was not long after.
Great quality too - would definitely buy from here again.

Great range of products, ordered new boots, riding gear set and gloves, free delivery and was here within 2 days of ordering it, really well packaged too, would definitely recommend 1st mx and use them again.

Yet another amazing service from 1st mx, ordered on thursday, had an email friday saying they didnt have what i ordered, so I choose a different tyre, and then it was delivered to me on Saturday, I wish the other bike places were as efficient as you. THANK YOU VERY MUCH A++++++++.

Fantastic customer service. We recently found some gift vouchers that my mother in law had bought for my husband before she passed away. The vouchers were way out of date and the shop have agreed to honour them. This meant so much so thank you thank you thank you. The lady I spoke to (Megan) was lovely too. Well done 👍🏻

Absolutely brilliant customer service from start to finish! Which is very rare now a days!! I also accidentally ordered the wrong size, posted it back on the Tuesday afternoon and received the correct goods within 48hrs!! Good quality, good price, very fast service and fantastic customer service! Thankyou!! We will certainly be using you again :)

Ordered a pair of goggles which cost £160 online. 
For them to come with a empty box.

Phoned up the sales line to be called a liar and that 3 people had checked the box and theres no way that the goggles could be missing!!! 
I am totally disgusted with the way I have been dealt with and will be never using 1stmx again.
3 people had apparently checked the box before it got shipped. If that's the case my item wouldn't be missing!
DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY couldn't be arsed to email me back.

Great company, next day delivery on pretty much everything.
Best MX shop I've used.
