1strescueandrecoveryservice was contracted by AA, no words to explain how smooth the service went explaining and checking my vehicle in details I couldn’t even think off. Had very professional opinion for towing which I had an idea of aswell

1st rescue came to recover my EV which was stranded with wheels locked following an auxiliary battery failure. The vehicle was on curved driveway inaccessible to the pickup truck. The operator used an easy-track machine to carry the vehicle out to a narrow lane then loaded it to the truck, all carried out politely with good humour and great professionalism.

Good service arrived on time

David was excellent today !!! He came on time we agreed and took my car from manchester to Leeds in an efficient matter. Great service!

It was great, fast and no problems at all

It was an awesome experience. The young guy that came to rescue me was amazing. We got chatting much that I forgot to ask his name. He is in his 20’s I guess, British. He deserves a raise lol, made the process seamless and easy. Even gave me lots of advise on how to manage the situation in other not to damage my rim. Bless him.

The recovery operative messaged me an arrival time once he had been handed the job via the RAC. He arrived on time and professionally and safely recovered my vehicle.

Arrrived at my address within an hour yesterday evening and helped me start my car with cables. Was recommended to take the car for a 20-25min drive after that which seems to have resolved the issue at least for now. Very easy, quick and polite service.

Ran out of fuel on the motorway and needed help. The driver from 1st Rescue & Recovery was absolutely lovely and very helpful. He quickly got me sorted and took me about a mile down the road to the nearest petrol station
Great service

Driver clean and polite sorted the issue in next to no time. . Just very poor communication. Partly from there source. He didn’t have full job details. Ended up phoning me up for true post code etc as not passed on from Ford road side assistant. Then Ford road side said 45 mins 2 hours later. But as I spoke to its rescue man it was obvious it was Ford call center at fault.

Great experience with the company, Called my breakdown who sent a van couldn't tow me off motorway as i have a auto so AA passed me onto this recovery company. A very Friendly driver arrived within a hour and got me and daughter and my car back home safely. Excellent

Fast efficient friendly service nothing was too much trouble. Weather was really wet and cold,
Was told to wait in the cab while they looked at the vehicle.

The recovery time was great. I explained my disability and being on the motorway, they were very quick and efficient. The gentleman who towed my car home was a lovely guy.

Great service majid was very helpful

We broke down on the motorway in a VW Touareg and Raj came straight out to help us and got it on the ramp in no time at all. What a gentlemen he is, he helped me and my grandad get the car to the garage and went out of his way help make sure we was all good before leaving. Couldn’t recommend these any more and if you’re lucky to get Raj helping yore in safe hands.
