2020PML is a great company that I worked with as a concierge for 2 years. They are professional and have great relationships with their employees.

Excellent service from start to finish. Technicians Ronak and Mr Prem were professional, polite, and very efficient. They carried out the gas and electricity inspection quickly without compromising quality and explained everything clearly. Special thanks as well to Lee from the office, who was very helpful, organised, and ensured everything ran smoothly. I felt confident and reassured throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

Unreliable Company – Avoid If You Expect Prompt Payment

I worked with 2020 Property Maintenance Ltd as a contractor under a signed agreement. The contract stated that payments were due within 30 days of job completion. Despite completing the agreed work and providing all required photographic/video evidence, several invoices remain overdue by 2-3 months.

I have repeatedly requested payment, but I have been given assurances that it will be made “tomorrow,” yet nothing has been received. Due to the continued non-payment, I had to terminate the contract and formally demand payment, but the issue remains unresolved.

This is simply my personal experience, but I would advise contractors, suppliers, or customers to carefully consider this company’s payment reliability and communication before engaging with them.

We had the quote back within a few days and it was a reasonable price. Works were completed less than a week later. Landlord and Tenants happy. Thank you 2020 Maintenance :)

The engineers visited my apartment to inspect a leak in the HIU unit. The appointment was booked promptly considering the urgency of the matter. The service was excellent, the engineers were friendly, and they managed to address the issue timely. It helped a lot that they were familiar with the heating system in our property, so I'm going to call them again should any issues arise.

This is the first time that I have used 2020 property maintenance.
The contractor came to deal with the fixing of the problems of significant water seepage from an external wall into an internal wall, thus causing a mass amount of mould build up on the corner walls of an interior room.
He worked tirelessly throughout the whole 2 days and rectified the external problems, ensuring that the brickwork was repointed and then sealed to provide a waterproofing barrier.
After he had done this, he successfully completed the internal reparations using a mould proof sealant and then repainted the previously affected areas.
He did a fantastic job and the room now looks terrific.

Professional company with good tradesman. I have used twice for electrical and joinery.
