I have been with 20bet for more than 4 years, and I have been happy with their platform. However, I have had to document my deposits whenever I have tried to withdraw money to my bank.

A few days ago, when I won 25 Free Spins on "Wheel of Fortune", and from those 25 free spins, I won $600. After that, I played my account up to $1900ish and wanted to withdraw it all to my bank account.

Then I was contacted by Lera, the VIP manager, who had noticed that my winnings had violated the rules regarding how much you can play when you have an active bonus/won doing the 25 free-spins, where they normally confiscate the winnings. However, Lera convinced the security department that I should be given special permission, and I was paid the full $1900!!

Total fraud. Take credit card deposits but won't help you set up withdrawals to your bank account. I tried unsuccessfully 3 times to do a bank transfer withdrawal and was declined. I am experiencing a serious issue with 20Bet regarding live bets I placed on January 10, 2025. Multiple bets were for confirmed and classified as won. However, a day later, I was informed that the stakes were returned without a satisfactory explanation.

Despite receiving confirmation for these bets, the casino administration classified them as returned after the fact, citing supposed abuse. I am particularly concerned because some similar bets are still classified as won, while others are marked as returned.

I have reviewed the terms and consulted with my legal representative, who confirmed that once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the bookmaker is obligated to honor it.

I want to clarify: if a bet is accepted the bookmaker is obligated to cash out winning bets. I find it unacceptable to be accused of fraud for simply placing bets on the offerings provided to me, especially when the bets were initially classified as legitimate.

first of all, you did not returned all of the bets - as I sad and as I attach the proof - some of the bets were still clarified as won, and some bets are still clarified as lost. So all the bets is not classified the same.

And this was not an error with ODDS as you mentioned in you response.
ODDS WERE COMPLITELY NORMAL.
You did not offer to the customers some unreal odds. You offer regular odds on this sports event.

Second, so if a customer made an error on placing bets - nevermind you will take the money.
But is 20bet place an error - oh, nevermind we will returned all the bets, take all of customer money including his deposit.

So 20bet T&C does not have any meaning:
"7. LIVE BETTING:
1. Live bets are accepted on main markets (win, total, handicap) and additional markets (HT-FT etc). You may place single live bets or combine them in accumulators.

2. The bet shall be deemed accepted once it has been registered on the server and online confirmation has been received. You may not alter the bet once it has been accepted.

3. The bookmaker takes no responsibility for any inaccuracy regarding the current scores of matches on which live bets are being accepted. Customers should refer to other independent sources of information.

4. No live bets may be edited or deleted."

It is important to emphasize that even the clubs did not have the same name and were not classified under the same competition.
I really do not follow Georgian basketball and there was no way I could know that these were the same clubs. I was only attracted by the movement of the results which were almost identical and I bet solely based on the law of numbers as I base my bets in principle.

I think that if the bets were accepted and paid out, they should remain that way.

In every business, regardless of the type of trade, the accuracy of the data and the offer is up to the offerer. For example, when the Nike webshop placed the wrong prices, and whoever bought at those prices, Nike honored its mistake and delivered the products. Nike also has T&C, but it honored the contract with customers when they had an error in the system. In this way, it turns out that the bookmaker is misleading users. Is it possible to know which bet/deposit 20bet will pay to the user or is it just their will.
We all know that we suffer for our mistakes and learn from our mistakes.
In every business there is a responsibility in which when we make a mistake, we must recognize the mistake and bear the consequences for it. This is the only way we will force ourselves to be better and so that mistakes do not happen to us in the future.
Going to correct mistakes like this outside of our own terms is, at the very least, frivolous, irresponsible and inconsistent.
the bets were received on 9.1. and 10.1. and were properly classified as winning. Later, when they canceled those bets, they also canceled my other active tickets that have nothing to do with this event.
I think that 20bet made a mistake and in order to correct their loss, which was their own fault, they went against their own rules and canceled the already paid out bets and the mass of them that were still active and all this 2 days after the original event.

This decision will determine whether 20bet is a serious bookmaker or they are just scammers who don't pay for their mistakes and take other people's money.

I think theyve insolvent, a made profit of 400 eur and theyve cant payout me 5 days. 5 days my request is pending and all docs veirified and ive made decision to make complaint about that and now theyve cancel my payout and ask me for some ridicolous selfie. I am just asking what is after that. I am editing now day after, theyve ask me selfie with paper and digit on it and also my private bank transaction 🤣. Is this a joke? Who can ask private thing, is this normal. My advice for all is to avoid this scam.

They are making attractive promotions, with 100% deposit bonuses, but in the end, when you finalize their insane waggering request, they take all the winnings, and give you back only 100% of the initial deposit. So you can win hundreds of €, cause in the end, you will receive only the amount deposited, 50-100€

After I won some bets, they limited my betting. I opened withdrawal, but they declined my last 10 withdrawal. I sent my ID, ID+selfie, address proof, but after it they asked for ID+game acc, after asked for ID+numbers on the picture. I sent and they verified all of this. Now its restarted again, they asked for address proof, even I sent and verified it 8 days ago. Endless asking for documents....
2024.12.17 update: I already sent my wise and revolut account statement as address proof and one electicity utility bill, but they still asking for another address proof. Its just fake reason to delay the payouts

The website is one big fraud, I won on bets, I was given a limit, I wanted to pay the funds, they kept asking for additional documents, they accepted everything, and they had nothing to demand anymore and closed the account under any pretext. just to avoid withdrawing my funds!!! Don't play there, they are scammers!!!
