Company was booked 2 weeks out

Company was booked 2 weeks out. I created an account was welcomed on dashboard and cleaning appointment was confirmed the 2nd Saturday morning for 8 am. Emails followed reconfirming new names of cleaners. Then a call the day before the cleaner can only make it between 10-11am. I accepted it as I was in need of a clean this day. 10:50 am i get a call the maid can not make it. I expressed my frustration and how unprofessional that was. You get what you pay for the company cannot be trusted I recommend to look elsewhere!!!
