My experience with 20four7VA has been nothing short of amazing! From the initial application to the final interview, every stage of the hiring process was both challenging and rewarding. Yes, there were nerves during the interviews—especially at the beginning—but the interviewers made me feel comfortable and supported throughout.

I actually appreciated the lengthy hiring process because it really allowed me to see if I was a good fit for the company’s culture and values. I also loved how transparent and organized everything was, which showed me how much the company cares about finding the right person for each role.

They’re very thorough with every detail, including ensuring your internet speed meets their standards. This level of attention to detail shows their commitment to quality and professionalism. Despite my dedication and hard work, even during a period when I was unwell, Catherine C., (let's just call her that because apparently Trustpilot policy shouldn't include names - so let's respect that, but smart intelligent people can google her anyway) the HR Director, made the unilateral decision not to release the compensation I rightfully earned. Her reasoning was based on her own judgment that I had “disrespected” her, a claim which I believe is not only unjust but also lacks any transparency or fairness. VA's be careful of this company, they withhold your salary and won't give it back 'just because' they decided it. Their HR director, is demanding respect, when in fact, she was the one that's disrespectful telling someone with 12 years experience in remote working who had worked with global clients internationally, that she would 'speak in tagalog so you will understand me' not only insults but also a clear disrespect. She also told me 'not to tell her what to do' when in fact, I was just merely making a statement and answering her question when she asked 'What happened' - even their reply - would say (as you can see below) "that they are committed to fostering a respectful and professional workplace for all our VAs and staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of disrespect, harassment, or discrimination" and yet, they did it first.. so this policy should be changed to WE ARE COMMITTED TO FOSTERING A RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL WORKPLACE FOR US ONLY AND DOESN'T INCLUDE VA'S" because their 'commitment' is a lie if they say "ALL OUR VA'S AND STAFF" because obviously, withholding the salary of anybody who worked fairly, justly and whom you have also profited from is a CLEAR indication that there is NO FAIRNESS, NO RESPECT, NO PROFESSIONALISM in your company. And obviously, your "zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, discrimination and harassment" DOES NOT APPLY to your VA's who by the way, make the money that you are being paid for.
