Since investing £200, there was an initial flurry of communications from various 'account managers' culminating in an Angela Herrera emailing me to discuss the 'profits'
When I pointed out that the domain 212soft.xyz is no longer accessible and that I had tested with several different web browsers and a mobile phone from different locations and all produced the same result and that I wanted a refund via BACS in the same manner I originally funded the account all communication ceased.
Please, do not open accounts with them.
I have requested a refund via my bank ( Halifax ) which has been approved. However I lost £6.50 odd in Non GBP transfer fee and non GBP purchase.
But the money came back almost immediately & the 'business' must prove to Halifax that this was a legitimate transaction before they will pay them.
I suspect banks etc. know this is a scam, despite the numerous positive reviews.. reviews purporting to come from UK but using American spelling such as COLOR rather than COLOUR etc. leads me to believe that none of the online reviews are legitimate.
Worse still, I jumped into this as a test after reading an article on the Daily Mirror site by Martin Lewis ( MoneySavingExpert ) that appeared to be favourable. I followed the link provided by the Daily Mirror and signed up with £200 after receiving a call ( number withheld ) from a foreigner ( male, quite good English ) and agreed to test with £200 as it wouldn't be the end of the world if it disappeared. Initailly, all appeared fine. Then towards the end of last week I decided to check in to their online portal only to discover that their domain no longer existed.
The next day I had email from an Angele Herrera

All looking very 'professional', but since I said I wanted a refund.. radio silence!
The payment went to a recipient named MAUDIO according to my Halifax statement. however, there is a legitimate professional audio business of the same name MAUDIO, but usually there is a hyphen as in M-AUDIO.
Interestingly, just searching maudio results in a visit to yandpay site with 'This link have reached a payment limit' displayed.
Here is the entire email trail.. bank details redacted..
I shall take great pleasure in emailing Angela once I've posted this to inform her that I've already had a refund :-)

Hello Angela,
I assume that you now no longer wish to speak to me?
I have provided my mobile phone number for you to call.
Please call to arrange return of my money.
I cannot access your platform via the web interface or via the phone / computer app - my login details are rejected by your app and your web platform is inaccessible in the UK now, therefore I will not be investing with you any longer and would appreciate the timely return of my money using BACS international bank money transfer, just as I did when speaking with your advisors.
I set up and funded an account while speaking with one of your advisors in good faith.
I now find I cannot access your platform via any ISP or mobile provider.
I request immediate refund to the same Halifax Bank UK account that I paid you with.
The account details, in case you don't have them handy are:
Should you not refund, I shall have no choice but to report fraud to the authorities and the banking ombudsmen here in the UK.
Best wishes,
Paul
