Do not use this site! won £20 and they have emailed me saying my deposit card doesn't match the withdrawal card when I deposited with the same card I tried to withdraw with. Total scam the reviews are right!

I don’t even know where to start with this site! Deposited quite a few times, no issue. Won £30, withdrew and then received an email to say they needed verification docs. Sent all of the documents over to them discover my account was locked, used the live chat to ask why my account was locked and was told this was precaution while they looked at my documents. It’s been 3 days and it’s still locked although all verification has been approved. Used the live chat twice to ask when my account will be unlocked. They keep telling me it’s the a special ‘team’ and I’ll just have to wait to hear from them! Absolute joke! I even have money on my account that I didn’t manage to withdraw! Starting to think I’ll never hear back from this site in regards to my account being unlocked and I’ve lost all hope of ever receiving my winnings!

Deposited money using a Neosurf voucher nearly 5 hours ago. Transaction stated that the deposit was successful, which I took a screenshot of, but funds and bonuses were not automatically credited to my account. I contacted online support and was told to check back in 2 hours to see if the funds were in my account. Checked back after 4.5 hours and funds nor bonuses have still not been deposited into my account. Was told to check back again in 2 hours by online support, told them I was told that 4.5 hours ago, then told to upload a copy of Neosurf voucher for proof of deposit, which is now pending/waiting for someone to look at it. So still do not know when I will receive funds in my account, even though the money has been debited from my Neosurf voucher???

So I won money on Friday was asked to send over bank statement so I did I'm being foobbed off every other day being told to wait 48 hours because of checks and still sat here waiting I want my money as there wasn't a problem when I deposited funny how it comes to withdrawing and you can't even withdraw you own money absolute joke I will be seeking legal advise and trying to get this site shud down absolutely shocking and do nothing but rob people

Scam withdrew £200 ages ago took them a week to tell me it’s not gone through and they need a bank statement etc did all that then it got accepted on the 27th and still not received any money!!

They are literally the worst. The ask for ridiculous information and will not look at a common sense approach.
Everything was fine until they asked for a bank statement, I sent a bank letter confirming legitimacy but that was not enough.
They show a cowardly approach to an unpublicised (as yet) legal request.

The site has a good range of different slots, but the withdrawal time is so so slow compared to all the other sites. Also had a problem with a deposit that took 4 days to reach my 21 casino account even though it had left my bank.
