Same as everyone else, won £550 tried to withdraw it and was told they needed my documents, id and utility bills and proof of deposit, i supplied all 3 and then they told me there wasnt a deposit to the site on the bank statement which there was so i sent it again with the deposit highlighted and they straight up lied and said the same thing again and now wont release the funds. Dont bother with these scumbags fraudsters.

I have been waiting over a week for nearly £2,000 in withdrawals and have just been informed it is going to take another 7 business days to pay me. The live chat function is useless and so are the staff. I am constantly told to come back later as they are too busy and there is no senior staff to help me. They offered me a £25 free bet as a good will gesture but then said I had to lose my entire balance before I could use it! WHAT?! That is incentivising gambling and very illegal. I have gambled professionally for years now and can say this is hands down the worst site I have ever come across. I fear I will not see my money. I will be going to the gambling commission regarding this and I hope they go out of business like they deserve to. No wonder all the reviews are abysmal. STAY AWAY.

The worst bookie ever they take forever to process your withdrawals the live chat is terrible it keeps on cutting you out and when you finally get someone there useless unless you speak to senior who is never at work. Always having technical issues when it’s time to withdrawal but never any technical issue with deposits avoid this site by all means.

Good Morning Folks. I'm providing an update on my experience with this site due to a long period of waiting for a withdrawal. I apologise for the length of this review. But i hope this provides reassurance and assistance for anyone still waiting for clarity on their end.

I have played with 247bet for roughly 4-5 months, during this time i have won plenty and lost plenty. The options for bonuses are somewhat scarce but you do get the occasional offer that actually makes it worthwhile.

I have deposited and withdrawn on several occasions with most withdrawals coming through either instantly or within 12 hours, therefore when the delay was advised i had no genuine concerns at the time - However with the timeframe that i experienced my opinion was differing by the day.

I was in touch with support over the course of the last week. My withdrawal was raised on 30/10 and i had confirmation as of 2 days ago that withdrawals from this date are actively being processed and reviewed, yet it took another 2 days to actually receive my funds.

I spoke with frontline support probably 50 times, all to be told to come back or that they simply cannot assist - They also added a little note that my account had been passed directly to senior support, therefore they literally could not be of assistance.

When i finally got through to senior support, maybe 10 times over the course of the last week, some people were helpful and tried their best, but it is clear that they have been given strict instruction on what they can and cannot discuss.

I have threatened legal action during this time and reported this company to the UKGC, eCOGRA and IBAS - All with a formal complaint in place via this site of which i have no intentions of withdrawing (Sorry for the unintended pun)

I was advised that they are doing their best and that they are working hard to resolve matters as soon as they can. I can understand this and genuinely believe them when they say this, however their methods of communication are horrendous and need immediate amendment. A simple email, message or notification at the time of this issue would've prevented the large volume of chats and actually would've had some people breathing a sigh of relief.

I have read through numerous reviews and some people i do have severe sorrow for. As i can see the cheap tactics taken by this company to withhold and prevent any progression of funds to their rightful owner.

My advice is this:

If you get your withdrawal, contact support and get your account closed immediately, as this experience has severed any form of interest i had in playing with them.
If you are waiting for your withdrawal, please do be patient in the first instance, but ensure to file a formal complaint with them and get a reference incase you need to escalate this to the above mentioned providers a report.

I will debunk any form of review applied that this site is a scam, they are not. But they do have major problems at present and other reviews against their main provider "White Hat Gaming LTD" shows that there are linked systematic problems in place and that's a red flag in itself.

I would not recommend anyone to play here due to this experience and i urge everyone to protect themselves from this experience if they can help it. Do not be lured in by their promotions, if you are wanting to bet, go down to your local bookie and play there as you will always have a guarantee of getting your funds on the same day.

I am awarding 3 stars on this occasion, based on my previous experience before my withdrawal, but i am marking this down due to this matter and other widespread systematic issues that need addressed as a matter of urgency.

The company is a scam been waiting 6 days for my money keep being told technical issues with banking yet they will still take deposits from the same account being fed a little and of shit.I work in the banking industry and there has never been a 6 day issue with banking problems anywhere in the world.I would advise anyone not to bet with this site having read thousands of reviews recently this company should be shut down and the gambling commission ashamed of themselves for letting this happen

Absolutely appalling experience. The withdrawal service is unacceptable, with customers left waiting for their own money while being given excuses about technical issues.

Communication is poor, transparency is non-existent, and there seems to be very little urgency in resolving the situation.

It's incredibly frustrating that depositing money is straightforward, but when it comes to withdrawing your own winnings, suddenly there are delays and problems.

Customers deserve better than vague explanations and endless waiting. A reputable gambling company should have the resources and systems in place to pay customers promptly and communicate honestly when things go wrong.

I have completely lost confidence in this company. Until they sort out their withdrawal problems and start treating customers properly, I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

Live chat is useless, emails ignored. They are still allowing deposits. I think this company is a scam and every other brand operating under the White Hat Gaming Limited group should be avoided. This includes Grand Ivy, 247bet, Casimba, Playzee and Dreamvegas

UPDATE: Continued to chase them non stop, got done and wanted to go through the complaints procedures as required by gambling comission. Contacted support, told them to file a complaint and provide referebce number. Pushed them hard. Withdrawal was processed during my chat with the agent, so im sure they have impact on it and can execute payments if feel danger.

The exact same thing happened to me; they are holding my money and I can’t withdraw it—they claim they’re having technical issues.

I was enjoying the website - it was good experience… then I tried to withdraw and they sent me an email saying it failed and to send my bank details… I did and boom no response….. on email or chat. No customer service. Shame, I was looking forward to using the site.

Very concerning experience – withdrawals withheld and no communication!

I opened an account with 247Bet and initially enjoyed using the site. They had no problem accepting my deposits, and previous withdrawals were processed without issue.

However, as soon as I requested a larger withdrawal of £700, everything suddenly changed!

First, I was told there were problems with their payment system. Then I received an email stating my payment method had failed, despite using exactly the same bank account as all my previous successful withdrawals.

Next came compliance checks, requesting bank statements, proof of earnings and personal information, all of which I provided.

Meanwhile, I was unable to access my account or live chat. Despite several emails, I received no proper response. Then, completely out of the blue, I was informed I was no longer welcome as a customer, with no explanation about my outstanding money!

What concerns me even more is the number of negative reviews I've noticed appearing this week, with others reporting similar experiences.

I have no issue with legitimate compliance checks, but accepting deposits without difficulty and then failing to process withdrawals or communicate with customers is extremely concerning.

I would strongly advise anyone considering joining 247Bet to read the recent reviews first.

Sent the bank statement by mail and was then told i would hear back within 24 hours
That should have been yesterday
Tried emailing but no reply

So I deposited 200 lost most of it withdrawed 120 2 weeks ago at first they’ll say wait 48 hrs send all my documents out of no where they locked my account tried speaking to them through live chat they kept ending the conversation and then they had the audacity to say we are closing your account and keep the funds after not sending in documents but I did send all the documents guys it’s a scam don’t deposit no money and I feel all the 5 stars reviews are fake asf

I won just over £90,000 on an accumulator and my account was suspended its an absolute scam. Im taking legal action against them as this is not ok. When you lose no problem as soon as you win your account gets suspended absolute thieves. We need to get together and take them to court

Trying to withdraw £3,000 but I am being told that there is a technical error with their payments system. No more information given. However, all other White Hat Gaming providers are functioning completely fine. Seems fishy.

Never had an issue before, depositing £2,000 plus and withdrawing around £260, so I hope that this is the truth and will be sorted ASAP.
