Manipulative and coercive manager who tried to charge us over 400 pounds for a 5 minute job, AFTER taking bank details and lying about the price before the work had been done. Ended up paying 245 after "negotiation" but reporting them to trading standards. To top it off work wasn't even done properly. Guy on the phone is a nasty scammer, trying to manipulate customers. Avoid at all costs.

Well well well… where do we start!
Called out for blocked toilet/macerator problem.
Whilst the plumber attending was sound and quite knowledgeable the fella on the phone was less than helpful and quite aggressive. Quick to explain payment details stating I had the best engineer around to fix the problem., what a helmet
Salesman spiel at its finest.
The plumber on site did resolve the problem granted but failed to silicone the sanitary ware back into place in both the bathroom and en-suite . For £700 I would have expected a proper finish. I actually supplied pipe and fittings to push the job along which is mental looking back! I’m surprised I wasn’t charged parts looking at the reviews!
Was promised a report of works carried out and invoice for works completed, nothing received 5 days later.
The plumber on site asked me to transfer payment into his personal account which I did because he was sound 🚩looking back I had my pants down left right and centre ! Lol
Absolute whoppers!
Called the number and asked for the invoice couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough the geezer was absolutely flapping!

This service is a pure scam. The electrician that arrived had no clue what he was doing or saying. He was extremely unprofessional as well. His dispatcher also just kept presenting his option as the only possible outcome and tried to show off their supposed credentials. They asked for £750 to change the ‘main Hanley’ (equipment that they shouldn’t touch as it belongs to the grid), however he pointed to my apartment’s isolator panel instead of the actual Henley block. His acting was on point though! Nearly had me fooled given the time and that I was out of electricity. This company should be investigated and thoroughly penalised.

We booked for a socket to be replaced but after looking into reviews we decided to ring back and cancel...

We was told we cannot cancel and after a bit of back and forth we was told to never use the business again and they hung up. I am still unsure if someone will turn up.

Regardless they were unhelpful and not friendly in the slightest.

Ridiculous. Called to remove blockage from my macerator toilet. Came with no equipments whatsover, had one look at the toilet and suggested I need to have a new macerator £1180 total.
Didnt even look behind the toilet at the macerator, didnt try to remove the blockage, didnt step into the toilet, literally just peered in from the door.
Wish I could report the company somewhere!
Still took the call out charge even when NO ATTEMPT was made to clear the blockage. Said he needed a bucket to clear it, well shouldn't a plumber bring one then!?

An atrocious company if I could award minus stars I would. Their fees were exorbitant.
I contacted the company numerous times regarding the completion of a job to fix a smelly Saniflow toilet which needed a small part. Allegedly the part was on order and would be available a couple of days after the initial diagnosis of the problem. I was informed numerous times that either the plumber or the company representative would ring me but to no avail. After a week of stalling tactics I cancelled the supposed job after it cost us £275, a ridiculous amount for a call out and diagnosis of an issue. Do NOT use this company at all as they are totally dishonest and not to be trusted and if possible consider contacting Trading Standards as they need to be shut down. The only positive is the subcontracted plumber was very nice .

Called out to fix an electrical problem, was quoted 50 pounds call out plus labour to fix. Well, they fixed it in under an hour, charged me £295 labour plus the 50 callout fee! Argued with the guy on the phone but to no avail. Do NOT use this company, supreme scammers exploiting people who need an emergency service.

I’m only doing 2 starts because the guy who come to my home was actually sincere and wasn’t rude or horrible to me in the slightest!

I have a blocked waste pipe and explained this on the phone before I had someone come out , he arrived and looked and said he cannot touch it , I told him I explained on the phone it was an outdoor waste block that has overflown & the guy in office clearly didn’t make it seem as big as it was, I had to pay the £40 call out fee

However I got a man on the phone asking me to give £125 for call out and investigation, thankfully the guy who come was not as rude nor demanding and was really kind and apologetic to me! So for that I am grateful

But I wish I did my normal background checks before calling but because I have a toddler in my home I was just in rush to make sure that he would be safe due to it being wastage , definitely wouldn’t recommend calling this company for a call out I’m just so glad it was not at a cost that I can see in many other reviews left!

Scam company, took money and did nothing. Foreign staff are extremely rude when challenged.

Toral dusgrace I was charged £200 more that the price i heard on the phone.
Avoid like the plague absolute scammers not replying to my complaint mail even though they said it would take 10 minutes

These are scammers. They are not upfront about their costs and charge exorbitant amount for a small job. For changing a switch, they charged me £300. Do not use. Go with companies who give a fixed quote.

Writing this review as people only ever comment on the bad things especially if the company has had bad reviews in the past.
Plumber came promptly, allowed me to pass him to the landlord whose flat was leaking above mine.
Yes it’s an expensive service but the issue was sorted and they told me & upstairs the costs involved - if I’d have delayed it upstairs & their agents would have been able to ignore/not sort the problem which they have previously done. It could have comprised the electrics to not only mine but everyone else’s in the building.

If the upstairs owner did have to access the pipe himself via his it would have cost him a lot more in repair costs!

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a total scam. Not only do they overcharge well beyond their quoted rates, but their staff is incredibly abusive. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Truly disgusting behavior—stay away!"

AVOID! Absolute scammers, they sent someone who didn’t know anything about plumbing. I wouldn’t give him the job after speaking to him as he gave me a ridiculous price for a 5 min job so he started shouting and demanding a call out fee. I was very stressed and they took advantage of this.

One of my tenants called them in a panic.

The leak was actually minor and under control, but these sharks deployed and plumber and gave her a bill for £800.

They obviously took advantage of a line female in a vulnerable situation. She got me in the phone and the scammer told me it wasn’t worth me coming out. Sensing something was wrong I set off. I just missed them.

There was a leaking waste pipe - not urgent. A 5 minute job to repair but they billed for 2.5 hours.

The repair was shoddy and had to be redone. An invoice on plain A4 paper. No real details.

Website has been operating for 9 months. Total scam.

Scam company.

The person that came made up fake problems and refused to fix the thing we called them for. They suggested that we would need a £1600 repair this was not true. Was able to organise a repair easily and quickly since the person left. Received a call back to explain that I was unhappy. Never heard back since then

Disgusting company robbing people blindly
£455 to fix a plug socket!!

Called and was told they would be there within 1 hour to check and fix a socket, their engineer came around 90 mins to 2 hours later.
Checked my socket said it was fine asked him to check the others he did this and changed a single plug socket. In the process he broke another(i wasnt aware of this until after hed gone.
After changing this and checking another he then said the office would call me, they did this within minutes, i was very shocked when given the price.
£455 for less than an hours work, £365 emergency labour, £60 call out and £30 materials!!
The engineer looked as shocked as i was, i reluctantly paid this and he left, ive tried to dispute it since and cannot get it back.
This firm need closing down ridiculous charges for poor workmanship!
Stay away from 24/7 fastfix.

After ringing up today at 1 O'clock I asked if I can get an emergency call out within half hour as I had a severe leak in my wall( which I specifically said it needs to be half hour) After waiting 2.5 hours for this call out I managed to sort it via another company. As I rang back to company up to cancel the call out as it was not what we agreed. I got told to “F off” . Absolutely shambles customer service at its finest.

If could give no stars I would. Quoted 45 Pounds call out and pay for any parts and labour. Also had to pay the plumber who did the very simple job fitting a couple of washers 30Pounds for parts. Had to pay 195 Pounds more for the call out and labour. SCAMMERS and an utter rip off..Paid but feel ashamed of myself for falling for it..AVOID..

Absolute scam artists – avoid at all costs.

Quoted ‘£60 plus labour’ for a blocked drain. Plumber turns up, is here for 30 minutes, and somehow charges £535. An absolute joke of a company.

No specialist equipment was used to clear the drain at any point. Nothing that could remotely justify a charge anywhere near this amount.

Adding to the suspicion, a completely different man called to arrange payment while the subcontractor was still on site - and he wasn’t even the person I spoke to when booking the job. All very dodgy run company that exploits people in emergency situations and severely pressures into paying immediately.

When I called the next day to question the charge, the person on the phone was rude, dismissive, and deliberately cryptic, refusing to give straight answers or justify the cost. No transparency whatsoever and no official invoice provided.

It appears this ‘company’ operates as a middleman, farming jobs out to subcontractors while massively inflating prices and relying on customers feeling pressured into paying after the work is done. Classic bait-and-switch tactics.

The entire experience was deceptive and exploitative. They clearly rely on confusing quotes and vague explanations to overcharge customers. Do not use this company they are scumbags
