14 Day Cooling Off Period
Every Service Agreement purchased is subject to a 14-day cooling off period. This allows the Service Provider and the Customer to cancel the service agreement without penalty. Please note that any claim submitted within this 14-day period will be subject to a mandatory £95 Excess. If subsequently www.247homerescue.co.uk the Breakdown is deemed to be as a result of an intermittent or pre-existing fault the claim will be declined. In such circumstances a Pay on Use Service is available. The 14-day cooling off period commences from the date of inception of the claim or receipt of agreement whichever is sooner.
Provided you have paid your contract fees, we will guarantee that our engineers will conduct one annual service (if this has been purchased), safety and operational check (this will be a Gas Safe recommended service not a manufacturer’s service) in any 12-month period.

24/7 Great so far, great price, great service
Just signed up to 24/7 because it was significantly cheaper than my current provider. Needed to call them to discuss options and the response both in chat and on a call was speedy, well informed and accurate. More than happy so far

Go elsewhere - Hometree, Plus Heat, Corgi or even appendix - don’t trust this lot - they may be cheap but they will sell you down the Swanny.
I’ve been a customer of theirs for years and I won’t be using them again - you make a complaint and then you are harassed by them. They won’t even take no for an answer when you tell them you can’t talk to them right now as you are in the middle of something. They try to keep you on the phone - so I put it down - and then when I rang them back I was told that I was rude to their member of staff!

My annual boiler service went smoothly
My annual boiler service went smoothly. I booked my appointment easily through my account and I got reminders as the date got closer. On the day the engineer was very pleasant and even gave me a few tips to keep my boiler running efficiently just before leaving.

Engineer arrived a little unexpectedly
Engineer arrived a little unexpectedly, as there was no telephone call with ETA just meant that he had to wait a few minutes before I could prepare loft, ready for boiler service, remove dag and grandkids.
Engineer was friendly and professional. He was efficient and performed the service quickly.
Excellent service, great vfm boiler insurance, and support.
