Not getting results.
Still waiting on all test results 5 days after posting the samples. Got 2 out of 3 test results after 4 days. I think they have lost the other test but I can't contact them. This company is a cosmetic surgery company who are seemingly just doing covid tests to fleece some more cash out of people before Christmas. The company name is the North London Aesthetic Company. Probably best to avoid them for all their services with this level of untrustworthiness.

I wish I had read the reviews before using this rubbish company. I used this as listed on the Gov website, they should be held responsible for promoting this fiasco of a company. No reply to emails, no answer on phone after hours on hold, just get cut off after 2 hours. You pay for next day delivery and get nothing..... Did not arrive in time for travel! Further more, did not arrive at all.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I paid 64.99 for the test that comes the next day. Which it didn't. I called and stated I wanted a refund because this has caused me to have 4 days off work which is a lot of wages to be missing. I got told they cannot refund if its royal mails fault. 247 testing should not advertise express delivery and fast results when it is not guaranteed. Ridiculous service and ridiculous customer service. One call I'm told I'll get my results and the other call is that I'll get them a day later. Unacceptable

So far awful. Never received the tracking number email from Royal Mail. Now can't get through to customer service to check if sample was received as the return tracking label provided seems to be for a recycled tracking number. It says the package was delivered on 15 Dec buy I only sent it on 20 Dec. Disgusted.

We posted the tests at the same, my wife received her results after three days but mine took fours days, unacceptable in my opinion.

Do yourself a favor and choose another company. If you (like I did) already ordered from them and no results were delivered do everyone a favor and report them on the government website. I just did. Don’t forget to write their address within your review in case they try to change their name in the future. I can’t find them in google reviews, and I think it’s obvious why
All worked out fine in the end
I was so worried by the reviews here that I bought some more tests from Randox as a back up. I couldn't get through to 247 home testing to check that they had been sent and no royal mail tracking number was ever sent to me BUT the tests turned up within 24 hours as promised. We were able to complete the tests online and 247 home testing returned our certificates within an hour. It took another hour for these to be approved by Eurotunnel but we are good to go.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only do they slap on £10 for standard delivery. My order arrived a week late and they do not reply to emails. I needed my test for an onward journey and had to go to Randox after paying for nothing. Unbelievable that this company is operating let alone recommended by the government.
Not as scary as it may seem
The chronology:
I ordered tests on a Saturday (between 11 and 12 am) for my parents who flew in on Sunday late in the evening. Tests were dispatched on Monday around 6 pm and arrived on Tuesday before lunchtime. Done both pretty much right away and an hour later they were in the post box. Tests arrived to the lab on Wednesday. One result was ready on Wednesday evening the other was ready early on Thursday.
Why 4 stars:
The prices are not as advertised on the gov website and in my experience were around £75 each plus postage.
I did not look at reviews when I was initially choosing a test provider and chose essentially at random.
Needless to say I got very worried when I did eventually check out the reviews when nothing happened/arrived on Monday morning. So I sent them an email. They replied around 6 pm on Monday and provided me with a tracking number which I also got by sms a short while later. Polite and professional.
So all in all the prices are not as advertised but service was not as scary as these reviews lead me to initially believe.

Do not use this company. Insufficient codes given, 45 minutes to wait on phone. Tried to charge us more money for PCR tests instead of LFT (even though we arrived before the 30 November deadline). Also claimed my husband’s test result was unclear (it wasn’t) and tried to charge for a further test. Results not given within the 24 deadline. When I called to complain, they hung up on me. I have used two other companies - they were fine. Do not use this one. Why are they on UK Gov website?? One can only guess.

Because they have not sent the test for when we returned home I am now facing an extremely complicated and frustrating process as we used their reference numbers on our Passenger Locator Forms.
Pure scam on their part so please do not fall into the same trap we did.
Avoid if booking day 2 PCR Test
Every 1 star review below is exactly what we have experienced. We ordered the day 2 PCR test from abroad to be delivered the day before we arrived back in the UK. We asked 3 times if we needed to sign for the package, the customer service lady assured us we didn't, however when we got home we found the tests hadn't been delivered. We checked emails and text and we didn't have a tracking number, so I rang them and after being in hold for 2 f****ng hours they answered, when asking about the tracking number they then informed me that we did have one and that our tests are now in the local post office depot. Because I was on hold for so long, by the time I got off the phone the depot had shut. This is now 2 days after we were told we would receive receive tests.
I picked up the tests the best day and did them no problem, however we ordered 2 tests under one reference (just how their website works) which meant we could only register one test, effectively making one of the two tests invalid. We rang to clarify this and they said it wouldn't be a problem, however the package of information provided clearly states that if the test isn't registered then we won't get the results.
I sent the package off via priority mail on Friday morning at 9:30am and its currently Sunday at 10:00am and the tracking note says that they still haven't got the tests in the lab. I was told they are available 247 to speak to, however when ringing I was put through to a voicemail which was already full, so I couldn't even leave a message.
Am I supposed to stay at home and not leave the house? I don't think they value the fact that people have lives to live, jobs to go to and businesses to run. Zero regulation from the government, this was even a suggested company on the government website! This whole thing is an absolute s**t show and I just hope people who are abroad and looking to buy a test see this review and don't use this company, I promise it will save you a lot of time, frustration and money.

Booked a 2 day test on the Thursday for arriving into the UK on the following Monday, postage 15 GBP. Website states delivery on arrival day but no test kit arrived and no tracking info has been supplied. Tried calling and was on hold for over an hour then received unhelpful and unapologetic customer service.This has been an awful experience and has caused so much stress and we still do not know if we will get our test kits within the two day period.
